I live only about 10 minutes from Nick s Flippin Kids but drive my daughter the extra 10 minutes to Morgan s Gymnastics in Smithfield.
When I tried to sign my daughter up for a free trial I called, emailed, and even showed up to the location because NO ONE was answering any of my questions or helping me.
When I walked in no one was around to even help me sign up. Then when someone finally came to the desk she said she wasn t even working here anymore but would help me. She gave me the wrong schedule it turns out so I still didn t get the help I needed.
We finally get my daughter in for a trial and it was completely unprofessional with all very young instructors who were ON THEIR PHONES and sitting down pretty much doing nothing while children jumped on the trampoline.
I would not reccomend going here!
My kids love it here. 3 years ago we started in the preschool now the oldest is doing gymnastics with the siblings in the school. The kiddos learned a great deal here. The teachers are wonderful. The owners are wonderful. I love there is a christian basis to all aspects if this business.
My daughter went for the first time and she loves it, we have taken gymnastics at other gyms, but she did more in one night at Nick's than in 6 months at the other place...she is actually a little sore!!! Which to me shows that she was working unused muscles and developing those core muscles, the atmosphere and environment is wonderful!

I used to do gymnastics it was a great experience and i highly recomend it here and i moved on to guitar i take piano lessons at the gym now.
My daughter has attended Nick's on a regular basis for over 21 mo. She started shortly after her 2nd birthday. During this time, my daughter has learned manners, directions, most everything they teach in Kindergarten. Her gymnastics skills have improved, her social skills are wonderful and she is in a loving, caring environment enriched in faith and God. I'm very happy with Nick's bc I know my daughter is safe, well taken care of, is thriving physically, mentally and emotionally. It's a great place to bring your kids!
Daughter is loving it.... great space... could use some deodorizer lol but it's a gym.
I cannot speak highly enough of this organization. There is nowhere else I'd rather have my children attend. We have been coming here since 2012. My 3rd and 4th children have and do attend. My 4th child, Adley, is in the kindergarten class at the Montessori school here. It is phenomenal. Mrs. Lynette is brilliant with the children. (We have also had Ms. Olga and Ms Melanie- love them and Ms Olga's accent and stories about Russia!!) Adley also attended Pre-k last year. She is learning so much than her older siblings did at neighboring preschools. Highly recommend. We also attend gymnastics and cheer. There is an overall great and diverse staff here. Everyone is so friendly, caring, and happy. This is more than just a gym, daycare, or school. Everyone truly treats people with kindness here. It's nice to see that today. I look forward to enrolling my 5th child in a few short months once he is of age.
Very nice, friendly and Godly place. If I had to rate it off of that, I would give 5 stars. My son has been going 7 months, with all the kids they have working he s not advancing like he should. The girl classes has official experienced and older teachers. The boys class just have kids and I m wondering should I remove him. Never had anything bad to say but that one issue is a concern.
My daughter started here this past summer last year and she loved it! She was progressing very well and received a lot of compliments from the competition coaches. Because of her progression my 4 year old is currently in a competition class with girls half her age (9-11 years old) and because of the ages of the other girls her teacher can be rude and strict at times on her and she gets very impatient with her if she doesn t get it right the first time not even considering how old she is compared to the other girls which I ve also explained to an older lady at the front desk (don t know her name). I ve even had to explain to her teacher (who is a teenager) that she has to do more than verbally tell her something but show her the move so that she can properly execute it. I also overheard her teacher speaking about my daughter instead of coming to me on the things that she may need to work on like an adult should be doing. I ve tried rescheduling to put her on a different team that had an adult teacher for both classes (since it s twice a week) because it seems like the adult teachers care a lot more and are more patient as well as having more technique but because of my busy work schedule we ve had to work with the classes I was able to bring her to. She really enjoys gymnastics here but if this continues I will consider moving her to a different location!
