Very expensive. Very awful service. Took them two days to tell me about my package being held up by customs. Wanted 126lv for clearance, 36lv more for service (which makes up half the price for my package). Took them eight days to send me the documents for clearance, not a single answer to me emails throughout that time span. And over Christmas I got a package from China by DHL and it was all cleared and shipped in three days, nothing to be paid (as I had paid my duties, taxes and customs just like with this one which FedEx told me can't be done) with a call about being held up at customs on SATURDAY! Called on the phone to ask more about the awfully hard to understand emails they were sending, reading them outloud and the lady literally said: I have no idea what that means..
I have no words. The most stressful and awful experience ever!

After waiting for over a week a package to be cleared by customs the most important part of it was MISSING! Absolute joke! First and last time using Fedex Bulgaria ....

The worst experience ever. Their clearance from customs took 2 weeks. My package arrived from China to Bulgaria for 5 days. Waiting clearance for 2 weeks. When I called them they are only excuse for how busy they are. I wont ever use FedEx or TNT for international shipments!

BE WARNED - If you must ship from the US to Bulgaria, I do not recommend using FedEx/TNT. The cost to ship from the US was high, as expected. But with high cost and an international brand, you expect a certain level of service. FedEx/TNT failed. It has been 4 weeks since shipment, and we still do not have the package. Caring for countless Bulgarian documents is not included in the service. You will receive many emails with wonky copies of documents, mostly in Bulgarian, which you are expected to fill out - somehow. I expect an international corporation like FedEx to have a more streamlined online customer interface and means of processing necessary paperwork. Thankfully the customer service representatives in Bulgaria spoke reasonably good English and were friendly. We also did not expect to have to pay an additional 60 USD to receive our package. Mind you, this was a personal item, not commercial. And be warned that Bulgarian customs agents will pick through every little item in your package. I understand that countries like Bulgaria have bureaucratic procedures, but this, coupled with FedEx poor and outdated customer interface, has me determined to never ship anything through FedEx again for anything. And before having anything shipped to Bulgaria, make sure it s really worth it. Try to find it inside Bulgaria or at least from within the EU to save yourself a lot of trouble.

Dealing with Fedex Bulgaria is A HASSLE! Very poor quality of service. Fedex Bulgaria doesn't follow their contracts with their business clients. Non of my invoices were according to the prices agreed. The package never gets picked up at the right time window. Everything promised in the beginning by my account manager was a bait to get me in contract with them. Nothing happened as promised. NEVER USE FEDEX BULGARIA FOR YOUR BUSINESS!

Even one star is too much for them. Terrible service... slow, uncompetent, terrible user experience. You have to call them every day and they still don't move their finger to get the work done. I am still waiting (2nd week) for my package to be released from customs. It took FedEx one week just to calculate the taxes. In comparison DHL calculated and prepared the tax document for one day and for free! While in FedEx you pay for 36 BGN that and they can't deal with it properly... Won't use them again. Highly DON"T recommend.

Just stay away, save yourself the headache. They are useless.

Rather walk your product where you want to send it. It will get there faster. DO NOT USE.

Fedex customs clearance is the worst in the world! It's been 3 weeks since I sent them customs clearance documents and they are still unable to clear the parcel with customs!! All I hear are excuses and how busy they are.
Their customer support never knows anything and can never find the relevant agent to connect me through for information.
We will never ever use their services again!

AVOID FEDEX AT ALL COST!
