I have been looking for the people that took over my account since September this year. Finally November 5th I got a response from tmx saying yes they got my account at this point I'm relieved because I'll been calling everywhere and nobody had it. So on November 5th I spoke with a lady confirming they had my account and since it was paid off in bankruptcy she was going to email them to get them to send it to me I updated my address and all with her. A week past and I still didn't have anything so I called back spoke with a different lady she claimed the lady that handles the lien releases is always on top of it and I should be getting it that day because the mail runs slow! She again took down my mailing address and confirmed the car I was calling about. Days passed so I decided to do what is obviously the hard part for them I sent priority mail a letter again asking for my lien to be removed since I paid off the car and have my title already, I sent two lein release forms one that I filled out my information on the other completely blank just incase I didn't fill something out right, and lastly a self addressed stamped envelope. I'm thinking ok maybe if they didn't have to use their ink, paper, stamp, or envelope I'll have a better chance of getting what I should have already received. But no the envelope for delivered on November 24th early morning and now it's December 1st nearly a month after me speaking to the first lady and still I don't have what is owed to me!

This has to be by far the worst company to work for. They tell you in the interview that they are all for work life balance, but in fact they are not. As a GM in their office you come in at 830 and stay til 715 and if the RVP decides she wants to take 2 hours teach you something, that actually takes 10 minutes, which pushes your clock out time back an hour or two, well you just better grin and bear it. If not she will make sure you are not successful. They make your "bonus" apart of your pay yet they with holdit at their leisure. They also make you earn your PTO (personal time off), and yet you don't get it if you leave the company or are terminated. Oh, and to top it off there are employees dealing with racism, but the racist suffer no consequences because they have a special relationshp with the RVP.

One of the best places I've worked in Savannah. Great location, paid parking (something not common when you work downtown Savannah), excellent leadership team. Plenty of room for growth and opportunity.

Interviewed with this company and everyone was on board for me to join until the last interview with the Regional VP. The interview was short and uninteresting and she did not like to answer specific questions and not transparent. She then asked me to speak with another RVP who was there to only answer a phone call in his second sentence. The salary is below the market and performance pay is average if you are able to make enough profit to cover. Once you investigate into the company you may feel like it is not a get fit for you.

Note to Corporate: Your upper management in the field could use relationship building skills and diversity training. HR should teach proper questions and terminology in the interview process.
