Just a thought.....simaliar setup to a company in southport who has now closed down due to complaints., ....just another thought...don't pay until they can., ....prove
Lodged a country court judgement against me for a debt I didn t know exist. I made several requests to them for information on what the debt is, but got no response. The quite clearly bought a debt with little or any information on it and use the same tactics to try force payment. Do not deal with this company, record everything In a diary and let them take you to court. Present the court with your diary and explain their lack of communication and effort to get this resolved and the case will be thrown out at their cost.
Shocking company who should not be allowed to trade. They use bullying tactics and threats, continously harass and are extremely rude and unhelpful. They totally ignore court orders and continue to threaten you even when you are up to date with your payments. Staff are unprofessional and extremely rude!
Absolutely appalling, claimed they wrote to me to set up a caller when they never did.
Took money off of me twice, only to tell me it didn't count because I didn't set up a payment plan..... But kept the money.
And told me if I didn't keep payment up and pay by 5:00am the following day they'd automatically cancel my payment plan and take it back to court when others I'm with give me a few extra days grace to pay as I never have the same pay day twice.
Absolute bullies. I work 9-7 most days and have been unable to answer the phone to this company because of that. I have missed one payment this month and am now being threatened with a CCJ. I have explained myself to numerous members of staff and the company still continues to email and call me! After dealing with this company i understand why people get overwhelmed and end up killing themselves over debt!
Contacted me via sms saying 'we want you to contact us in order to make us an offer to clear your finances'
When I complained and demanded they remove my number they advised that in fact it had nothing to do with me but someone I have a link to. I asked who this was only to be told I had to follow a link and complete a disassociation form. I did this only to find there were absolutely no links between me and anyone else. When I questioned them on this I was advised they source publically available data legally in order to trace customers, in this instance my non existent link, using me to find them.
When asked about the wording in the sms I received no response.
I have however been advised that my number has now been removed.
I mean even if they were trying to trace someone through me how the hell am I supposed to help them if they won't tell me who it is? Oh, I forgot, they don't exist
Buy data without consent, ring and text in the hope you do have debt. Probably try and sell you a debt management plan

Really rude on the phone when I called to tell them the person they are writing too doesn't live here anymore. I was trying to save you paper work so the least you could do is be polite.
Their specialist support team are fantastic! Really helped me out when I was struggling personally with debt assistance.
This is absolutely shocking last year I opened my payslip and see that there is court order from this company I managed to get it sorted they said sorry mistake identify and got my money back
Now same time a year later it happens again
This is the 5th time it has happened
I do not even have nothing to do with them it is so annoying and painful with they would just stop
