I've been without AC since the end of June. The Office was contacted on July 1, 8, 13, 16, 22 and today. I was told on July 22 that my whole system needs to be le replaced and here I am on Aug 24 STILL WITH NO AIR! Noone is ever in the office to answer the phone & they don't call back when you leave messages. I'm using a window unit now that has DOUBLED my electricity bill.

Live in Parkview Apartments Complex in Pennsylvania. They are working on upgrading things which I think is great. We are very pleased with our apartment. It needs some work here and there (Like putting in regular windows upstairs so we can use air conditioners lol) But overall is a great community with nice people.
If you have a problem with your location, definitely reach out for the help first like our management said. If you are unsatisfied, file a complaint then.
This how they treat they residents In va. Don't care or respond to your voice mail. And then don't come to review your damages at all! Don't come fix your items in your apartment at a timely matter either or at all. Don't give a reasonable accommodations to you disabled people. This happened June 27th! I was forced to move out because my daughter was almost shot in the head! Smh now I'm living in a hotel. Make it make sense! UPDATE I guess responding months later was just To pretend that they cared because if they did , they ve returned my call from last Friday this is unacceptable the apartments are still been shot up! Three shoot outs this week in Southside Gardens Apartments. Also these apartments are located in Portsmouth Virginia
My 59 year old mother has had to deal with bat poop constantly since last summer at one of their apartment facilities in Morgantown WV. She suffers from several lung conditions and has been hospitalized several times. This terrible management still refuses to do anything about it. So now I will take it in my own hands and go above their heads so this problem can be fixed.I wouldn t recommend renting from this place. They don t care about you or your health.
I haven't had hot water in a while I call my rental office and they say " I'll send someone to check on it but the water is still cold ...I called and left my info at corporate still nothing happened what is your problem TM AM you really don't care I've read all the complaints and WOW it's not good you came to this building talking smiling shaking hands and now we can't find you where are you? I know you're in Rockville are you hiding, permanently out to lunch on our expense pls HELP US, HELP ME.... pls give me a email so we can talk and get through this thank you.... UPDATE: my HW heater was replaced I didn't appreciate the mess they left and what they did to my furniture but I will say thank you for the much warmer water and working with me...
I live in Bolivar Court Apartments and I have been trying to reset my online password since the 1st and I have requested at least 5 separate links since friday, so that I can pay my rent. I also can not pay in person because my new landlord is only 'in office for appointments' and isn't otherwise.
I live in stevens woods apartments had been having problems with the landlord want fix anything in my apartment I reported to her that the there was leak in my bathroom in the ceiling just had pipe bust upstairs apartment that flooed my apartment out my carpet got wet in everyroom now I have mildew in my apartment smell bad in here want come in clean them my daughter is sick from walking on these wet floors the wallsockets pop fire she want do any bout that my clothes my bed got water damage she told me that it will dry like really my stuff got wet all you do is tell me that it will dry wow they never come in fix anything in these apartments... I reported all this to her still want fix it
Absolutely the worst place or company to rent from especially if you associated with the military. Imagine paying your rent each month on time, only to have the property manager leave a messages no your phone and door telling that a letter of eviction have been issued to you and your family to vacate the premises. Or, how about the property manager; Tiffany here in Petersburg VA absolutely refusing to initiate work orders to correct defects in your unit. Tiffany will intentionally screen your calls. I've personally placed work order request for washer and dryer units and garbage disposal system over six weeks and counting only to find out that she ( Tiffany) have not initiate them.
I have over heard Tiffany talking with one of her co-workers saying, she's about to move out, there's no need to fix anything. WHAT HECK? By the time my lease ends it will be a total of 11 weeks that I will have to find a laundromat each week to pay for laundry.
Oh, let's not talk about how they have a habit of changing your signed lease behind your back and failing miserably at up keeps. I can't even blame maintenance when repairs aren't completed mainly because Tiffany will carry a grudge and not initiate work orders for your unit because you're calling.
TM Associates are the absolute worst to do any form of business with.
I have been targeted and harassed by the manger in Mathews, VA , they don't take care of the properties in area and I have tried to reach out to corporate on many occasions. Many people have growing mold, leaking ceiling and even worst, the prejudice and misconduct done against the residents of color. (including the elderly.) I am very sorry for those who have to suffer due to living in conditions. I have asked for another unit on several occassions, but still to no avail.
I live at the Ashburn Chase apartments, their newest property out in Loudoun County. The property manager, Nidiah Harvey, doesn't respond to phone calls or emails, on numerous occasions. Her assistant property manager, Clay, was way more professional and responsive to inquiries and requests. I submitted a maintenance request 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear back. Called last week and talked to an answering service and they said they'll submit a maintenance request, and still no response. I don't know what the hell this company is doing, but it's pretty obvious: NOTHING. I'm going to start telling people not to rent at any of their properties, since customer service is not a priority at all with these clowns. And they apparently don't care that residents break the rules with smoking weed and having pets.
