Crew 29 killed it these past 2 days and I couldn't be happier with my 19kw system. Brian Soules has taken care of me from day one and all I have to say so far is 5 stars across the board!

This is the second system I've had Titan do for me and Coty Brown (Crew 2) did the first install...again, stellar work there as well.

I'm still waiting on Titan Electric for my MPU, Demand Controller, Panel Splice and then finally SRP interconnect and I expect Titan to make these next steps as smooth as the first!! I am excited to see how it all goes, but i have high hopes!

They ignore our calls and text The sales man Lied to us and when we told him we have a problem that we agreed and approved ouR Solar panels layout and he failed/ the company failed to inform us that the layout changed when we called him he said well we can just take the panels off and you can pay APS. The Company did come out and resolve our issue but there should of never been An issues if they just communicated and showed us the layout changed.

The second issue is they came out and dug a decent size hole in our yard and a month later and we still failed to fill it in. It is not my job or my husband job to complete your work we pay for your service and this is unacceptable.

I can't sell my house now. Worst mistake of my life. I was told there was an easy assumption agreement process when selling. Turns out it's more difficult to get approved for solar loan than a home loan. They register it as a house "fixture" with the state which is then required to be rolled into a new home loan. That makes the home loan astronomical and often MORE than potential buyers are approved for. I've lost upwards of FIVE offers on my house because of these panels. We thought we were doing our part to "save the planet" and ended up getting screwed.

Easy they never put any solar panels on the house since 2019 and we still need to find out how to get them to delete the bill from the bank I will post foto graphics. Of the house at this moment

A water mark appeared on my ceiling and I called to have Titan Solar come out and look into it. Turns out it wasn t their problem but they fixed it anyway. From my installation to this work order they have been superior in their workmanship, and courtesy. We would recommend them over and over for their quality and customer service!

As of this writing, we are almost finished with the install process. From the word go, our account manager, Jason Glad, has been incredibly attentive, communicative, accommodating, & has answered every question we ve had in a manner we can understand. Needless to say, as a science major & the daughter of an engineer, I had more re than a few questions! The gentlemen who installed our panels were fast, efficient, respectful of our home, & kind to our fur babies. When our panels were not available on the day of installation, these gentlemen were back at our home the next day, as soon as the panels came in. Given the current environment that construction materials finds itself in, we were incredibly impressed by this. We expected it would be at least a week before we saw them instead of just a day! Preston Schumacher, who installed our load controller, went above & beyond for us, coming early, allowing me to avoid missing work on the day of installation, & was very sweet to our pups, who don t deal well w/strangers.
Everything has been explained, anticipated for in advance, handled....truly, so far, I cannot overstate how happy we are. Not to mention, the panels look pretty doggone nice!

Thank you Titan for all the great work you did at our new home. We recently moved to Tucson and right away knew we wanted solar. I had meet a nice lady at one of the local Ace Hardware stores and scheduled a consultation. A nice young man named Erik Salazar came out and did a wonderful job getting use all set up and started the process. We had several inspections and 1 month later had our system installed. It was the best experience and we will be sharing this experience with all our neighbors. Go green, we did!

I have reached the character limit in my story so I have decided to remove most of it and post it on social media instead. But please be aware. We have had a terrible experience with Titan Solar Power and Genesis Power Solutions and it is still un-resolved. Everything comes down to poor communication from both parties and a lack of knowledge on the systems. I hope this helps other folks when they decide to go to solar to do their research. I thought I did but clearly I was mistaken. Pictures of their terrible install have been attached. My biggest complaint is the damage to my roof.
8/1 Update: Titan attempted to come to my house unannounced to work on my roof when nobody was home. This is not how you conduct business. I have tried to reach out to Christian but his voicemail is not setup.

The process was fine during installation; however, once the installation was complete on 12AUG, I was notified that they were going to let me know when the final inspection was going to take place. Estimated time would be 1-4 weeks.

I finally emailed the company on 15SEP after not hearing any information, and they responded saying they were waiting for my homeowners insurance policy before reaching out to the inspectors, despite no notification that this was the hold up. I immediately sent them the documents, and I have still yet to hear back from them.

Despite a smooth install, it's been soured by horrible communication.

There has been zero communication from them to me. Every issue I have to go through my sales rep. It is very difficult to know when inspection will happen since there's zero communication from Titan. I live alone and with my meters being in the back yard I do not know when to leave my side gate locked or open while I work 12 hr shifts and nobody at my house. I have now made 2 payments on my panels and still have no functioning solar panels and am stuck paying 2 bills. I signed my contract in May and its now Sept 29. I was told it would be an easy job as I had the most ideal roof for solar. The work as sub par as the emt ran kn my roof had couplings every 5 ir 4 ft. I work as an electrician in the commercial field so I know how a conduit raceway is straight and when the installer does not know how to bend their pipes.
