Ridiculous service. I live in a building with 11th floors with 2 lifts and they are always broken both of them! I call the customer service to report it but is the same as nothing!

Titan are the best lift maintenance company that I have ever dealt with. They have consistently obtained the highest KPI scores of all our contractors. They provide a personal service and are committed to improvement.

The standard of their refurbishment and renewal work is also without question.

I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We strongly recommend looking elsewhere for lift maintenance contractors. Titan provide a maintenance contract for our lifts in a block of apartments. Their communication is extremely poor, and they seem to be unable to arrange quotes, service visits or basic maintenance. They have ignored repeated requests for information, an engineer has been out to one of our damaged lifts four times now. Despite being aware of what the issue is they have been unable to repair it. We have had to chase them for an update after each visit, and after the most recent attempt were simply told by Noel the Service Supervisor that they didn't have the right equipment again.
