We strongly recommend looking elsewhere for lift maintenance contractors. Titan provide a maintenance contract for our lifts in a block of apartments. Their communication is extremely poor, and they seem to be unable to arrange quotes, service visits or basic maintenance. They have ignored repeated requests for information, an engineer has been out to one of our damaged lifts four times now. Despite being aware of what the issue is they have been unable to repair it. We have had to chase them for an update after each visit, and after the most recent attempt were simply told by Noel the Service Supervisor that they didn't have the right equipment again.
