Good service. A little high air conditioning for my taste.

I should put one less star for the rough sea it's not their fault! The room where we stayed was nice and clean. The prices at the bar are not impossible after all. When we landed, we got away with it in a few minutes. What more could you want?

Excellent boarding and disembarking operations. Cabins quite comfortable, apart from some with older mattresses. At self-service, the preparation and printing of the invoice for the many applicants creates very long waiting files. Prices could be a little lower.

A company that define THIEVES is a compliment, despite having made insurance for the ticket ( 450 in total) they do not refund and in addition the modification of the ticket made them pay another 450. FAMILY THIEVES

Frankly the service is not the best, last line 100 people, and I had to park in reverse uphill, the ship was empty, but all those of the bridge pass have poured into the seats, and I had paid the chair, staff in the rude bar, including the valets, only good thing is the price

Clean and comfortable cabin, rating 4. Breakfast is really worthwhile. Bad quality coffee not to mention the rest (milk croissants etc). I highly recommend improving the quality of the food.

Two days ago I booked a deck passage with armchairs for me, my partner, my 8 month old son and one of our collaborators / friends, therefore 3 adults and an infant. I paid 153.00 euros by card and took advantage of the women's discount. Last night, March 5th, when we boarded we realized that it was impossible to spend the night in the armchairs with a child and we turned to the reception for the possibility of occupying a cabin. Fortunately, the availability was there but unfortunately I am now making a complaint to you. Besides the fact that the receptionist charged us for 4 beds instead of 3, calculating that the infant slept with me, his mother, for an additional amount of 100.93 euros, cabin number 283 was in a pitiful condition. Stained sheets, gross carpet, poorly matched furniture, dusty beds. I documented everything with photos. Moreover, an overnight stay that cost me a total of 253.93 euros did not even include a coffee and in any case we landed at 8:20 instead of 6:45! Absolutely not recommended.

The service is not very good, the bar on the ship with a meager assortment, it is better to take something with you.

Bad, a chaos and a slow to awesome boarding, prices inside the ships from crazy and eye to the roaming where accomplice the tirrenia same you arrive beating from 50e to the day ... Disable the ROAMING!

A shameful company, dirty ships not even in the third world, delays once out of two, disorganization, very high prices ...

Spacious, clean, comfortable ferry and even boarding operations were easy. Too bad for the exorbitant prices on board especially for the really bad self-service and meaningless prices a frozen cutlet 12 euros and fries 4.90 I do not tell you the a la carte restaurant

This is the actual port of departure for Naples-Ischia or Capri despite what Google or anything else will tell you. English speaking servers which was great, an ATM and a small cafe which all sounds great when you actually find it, however we missed our departure because it's so badly signposted. Loading was very simple once tickets were bought.

Discrete on-board services. The staff is not always up to par and available. Seat control should definitely be improved (practically non-existent, discussions often take place about assigned seats improperly occupied by other people). It is also necessary to regulate the release of cars at landing, left to the free will of people, creating delays and traffic jams.

Naples Palermo ferry. Better than the expectations for both the organization and the bunks. Fast boarding and assignment of berths. Fairly clean bunks with discreet bed linen and towels ..... No smells. Cool bunks I recommend covering yourself or using blankets in the lockers. The landing can be improved by better announcing the time to access the garage otherwise you risk waiting too long on the stairs. Overall good service.

Welcoming and kind staff ..... in Naples I had the maximum of their availability. They gave me a voucher as a refund because the ship due to sea force nine was delayed. I used the voucher two days later in the maximum availability of the company. On board anti-covid measures respected, clean environments. I will return to travel with tirrenia.

It's a ferry, but it looks like a cruise ship. Excellent services.

Took the ferry from Naples to Palermo (Sicily). Pretty good value for money and certainly better than expected. It cost ~EU180 for 2 people in a private cabin and our car. The beds where small single bunks and a little uncomfortable, and and the ship long mechanical humming sounds which made it hard to sleep. But all in it was worth it for an easy overnight transit from near the Amalfi Coast to Sicily

In Naples, little description of the boarding point, to check-in, I see a guy arrive with the car, where it is necessary to intuit that that particular square would be a Tirrenia boarding point ...

Round-trip travel to Palermo by Tirrenia ferry (with car, two adults and two children). The entrance to the Tirrenia pier is tortuous (15 minutes of internal journey if you don't know it!) And without indications or points to approach, even just to have a look at the navigator or ask someone for information. So I did well to introduce myself 90 minutes before departure (as indicated on the Tirrenia website and email). The wait and boarding procedures have been relatively slow (with the subsequent experience in Palermo) and poorly managed. On the return journey, in fact, the passengers of the cars were admitted on foot (a wise choice to avoid dangers of any kind when parking in the hold). Even on their return, when disembarking, they proved to be less efficient than the port of Palermo port.

Arriving in the cabin we realized that the room had not been redone and in the summer of the covid it was not pleasant.
The manager accompanied us to the bar and during the wait we were invited to consume what we preferred but at midnight and 8 hours after leaving home for boarding ....
After 30 minutes the room was ready but the feeling that it had not been sanitized properly remained ...

I was in Sardinia thankfully thanks to my itinerary I saw a large part of the south of Sardinia, but with a Tirrena no more, from Naples Sardinia it started with 2 hours late, they told me they were also a passenger ship and there are many inefficiencies and there is the risk of having nasty surprises. I do not recommend Tirrenia at all for traveling by sea.

Unfortunately I had a rather negative experience on Palermo-Naples. Departure at 8:45 am the cabin is delivered to us at 9:15 am. Arriving at 6.30 pm, already at 16.00 there are notices to free the cabins, at 16:30 even a door knock with an invitation with aggressive tones to free the cabins. Nightmare self service, a 12 chicken cutlet, bankruptcy ATM. Rude and unavailable staff, for the cost that you absolutely must avoid.

It would have been bad luck or wrong period but, little organization, really little available staff, almost annoyed. A lot of noise, little respect for the traveler. I would certainly not resume it for the long journey taken.

I have always traveled with both Tirrenia and Moby.
But since they became one family they have gotten worse in both cleaning and catering.
Cold dishes, overcooked, minimal portions and doubled prices.
Union should make strength not weaken ...

Points to improve:
Embarkation in Naples: To avoid the wild entry of cars - it is hoped for greater coordination by the Tirrenia staff.

Ships in good condition especially the Florio, comfortable journey and decent ticket prices. Exaggerated food prices on the ship are the self-service (which is also poor) and the restaurant (where at least you eat a little better). Overall a decent trip.

I have been waiting for a ticket refund for a month and it still hasn't arrived ...

I have traveled several times with this company but have never had such a stressful journey. Air conditioning at maximum and cold in every room. In order not to get cold, I slept the whole trip on the outside benches. Cleaning dirty sofas in the bar room and I don't want to know what. Poor and near-expiring food quality, paid dearly. Two sandwiches 4.50.

This is the first time that I leave a 1 star review. Usually if I am not happy with a service I just avoid reviewing it. But this ferry was such a bad experience that I had to share, in hopes that management will try and improve the situation. The restaurants were overpriced, with really low quality and very small portions of food (both the self service and "fine dining" restaurant) Staff are rude and very unmotivated to help out, and because i didnt observe any exceptions to this, my guess would be that they are not been paid well enough, however thats just my opinion. The only good comment I have is that the toilets were relatively clean

Very chaotic, long time for waiting and then leaving all together and in front of the ship a chaos to enter, between trucks and cars.

with the recent management I must admit that everything has improved it is true that some problems can happen but it is certainly not the crew that creates it but the usual rude and messy passengers who put luggage on the seats to have more space, at the bar it would take more professionalism seen that the costs are also high, but overall it has definitely improved I travel on the PORTO TORRES GENOVA AND RETORNO route 4 times a year and I notice the changes, but pay attention to the maintenance in the toilets

Just to start a chaos for boarding.
Once on board the chaos increases with all the super-educated people, who literally took possession of the sofas with the approval of the staff who only with unheeded announcements tries to make order.
We will see tonight how the navigation will go and perhaps in a foolish way I did not think of booking a cabin. I have only now discovered the right term "gypsy"
