I can't even cancel my subscription this sucks man I need to cancel it it too much and there customer service sucks they don't even work

You banned my account because someone else tried registering my phone number to their account, I paid alot of money for those services! Reactivate my account God damnit!

I don't like it because to do anything I have to pay and I don't want to make my card. I understand that they want / need profits, but don't abuse, please.

I paid to be a Tinder Gold user and days after I started I ran into a shadow ban. If you're unaware of a shadow ban it's basically a blank screen and tinder is useless (look it up). Customer service is a joke and isn't helpful. I screenshot all of the technical issues and submitted a refund request with my credit card. I got my money back ASAP.

Despite subscribing (I know when someone will like me) and the fact that thanks to this I see who liked me, no pairs appear.
After despite the many emails I got only one answer that they need more material. Since then, silence. No information or response or information. The level of customer service is the bottom.

I'm outraged. Ticket 15418861 was opened denouncing several infringing profiles with inappropriate photos, I attached the prints of the photos to the ticket. Tinder did nothing, the profiles are still active with the inappropriate photos. This app forces users to keep viewing inappropriate photos, simply a horror.
Reporting system does not work and opening a ticket is useless because the support does not solve anything. Unfortunately there is protection and the system allows inappropriate pictures of those who pay and are TOP PICK.
An app full of ups and downs that protects offending subscribers, while the people who post ordinary photos are being banned for no reason.

They have moved most of their operations to the bay area and NY. Great management.

Banned for no reason, would not provide customer support. would love to see them go bankrupt through lawsuits soon.

I had a relationship that I found here and although it did not prosper it was the best app that gave me the ability to know ....

I pay gold membership and they cut money from my both accounts and still my account is not in gold membership and customer service is not replying and my money is cut Bank confirm it so where is my money going?

Was banned for no reason at all and thousands of other people were saying they were banned for no reason with no explanation and there is nothing you can do about it?

Staff are rude and it show's don't know why there stock's haven't dropped yet with how badly they treat people on and offline.

I entered the tinder and I was scared when profiles with pictures of firearms and pictures with children appeared to me. Bad environment to meet someone, totally toxic.

Terrible customer support! They only care about stealing your money and banning you after you buy a non-refundable subscription

Just an arrogant company that doesn't care about its customers. They are effectively stealing by not refunding accounts that they arbitrarily ban. They further dehumanize people by not responding via support... even to paying customers! No other business can get away with this type of conduct. Tinder is unethical and shouldn't be allowed to operate this way.
