Church is really nice and very beautiful, but I don't think it's perfect for the average 20-something. The churchgoers here are mostly in the mid thirties to mid forties, and the way service proceeds reflects that. Not to say that the service or music is bad, it just is has that older feel to it. Try it out, but personally I liked Hillsong Church more; seemed more modern and tailored to 20 somethings.
Love time square church. I miss pastor Dave. However, pastor Tim is an excellent pastor.
Amazing hospitality and warmth from the congregation. They are used to tourists dropping in and are very accommodating. The church is amazing! It is an old theatre and it is truly worth seeing. The gospel choir is absolutely amazing, the energy they project is infectious!

This church is absolutely promoting the true word of God! I can't even begin to tell you how refreshing it is to hear the word of God being preached. With so many dead churches, so many churches giving into the secular and losing their salt, this church definitely is a light in the darkness. Even though I am in Tennessee, I consider this church my family and have appreciated their support and prayers. May God continue to use this church to bless the world.

Catholic church where you can attend a televised gospel mass. It is a whole new religious experience for those who are used to hearing traditional mass in Europe.

A church that turns into a large elegant theater where choirs sing various songs with the passionate participation of the public alternating with the sermons of various pastors. All very vital, touching, free, open to all in the spirit of fraternal sharing. Although the original masses of this type are known to be in another neighborhood. But still a nice invigorating experience in a unique location.
The gospel mass is very original but it is a theater. It makes the hair stand on end. There is a giant screen with the song lyrics. You have to go a minimum of half an hour before to get a place
I've been worshipping here for 18years. It's not the same since pastor David Wilkinson was called home.

The church that changed my heart,wonderful music ,best church music I have ever heard in my entire life ,moving ,loving parish treat you like family,a great choir,inviting staff,a day care n Sunday school during Church hrs,known for their famous pot lunch dinners at Christmas and thanks,they have wonderful clergy n pastors The Gate is wonderful needs a revival,amazing plays and skits in the heart bod Times Square,a nd fun retreats and inspiring moving missionary trips ,moving testimonies ,open arms ,changing millions of peoples lives over the last 20 -30 years at least,open arms to the senior citizens and disabled and pregnant or broken hearted hopeless wounds or suffering can make you smile in a instant,powerful prayers,and wonderful parish and people,extremely giving and courteous to the lonely and homeless I used to live in the covenant house shelter on sure bear Times Square they gave me a weeks meal n open harness n heart for a multiple prayers n a big hug ,inspired me to give my heart to the Lied Jesus Christ at 13 I ll never be the same ,Im on a good path ,and journey married with my husband and new born with a career ,I ve never been so happy saved me inspired me to sing at church I ll never be the same again,amazing experience been a member since 2003

Beautiful Church !! The employees are very very friendly and smiling :) You can attend Mass in the Great Hall at any time (you have to go up the stairs to the second floor) or the first one is rebroadcast on TVs. I highly recommend !

Great church! Friendly, caring, warm, inviting and spirit filled! Big but not too big. Lots of activities for members. Chairs are a bit dated but tons of gorgeously stunning original details throughout. They offer lots of svc times they even have an evening svc available which I think is great and super helpful. Definitely a nice church to have an encounter with the Lord.

You will understand this church is far from David Ham and David Wilkerson. The people entering come off the street. The location is dangerous. But the online groups and change of leadership really brought the community down it's full of cliques and cliches now. Poor communication and lack of oversight.

Times Square Church is so beautiful on the inside. I went to the Christmas Concert and it was spectacular, pun intended. Laughter is good for the heart, literally. Go there and you may feel the joy that Jesus puts in your heart. The same joy that Jesus puts in my heart. Don't be shy to raise your hands up and tell God thank you for another day of life and many other good things that are going on for you. Most of us experience hardships, but don't blame God. That is how life is, ups and downs and more ups by God's grace. God has saved my life many times. All God would like is some acknowledgement. By saying thank you to God and by saying the "Our Father" prayer. Even if you pray to God in your own religion, he will appreciate that. Yes, I am a proud Christian, but I believe that God judges the goodness of my heart and everyone's heart. God is the Judge of all Judges. One more suggestion, watch the movie "King Of Kings". Jeffrey Hunter portrays my Lord and Savior Jesus the best.
We had an unforgettable experience there. First of all the theater is sublime and the songs are magnificent, you are quickly transported to another universe. The people there are caring and very welcoming. You will also be able to benefit free of charge from a telephone with headphones so that you can follow the sermon in real time in your original language.
