Debbie Small is a terrible landlord and a liar. She needs a course in business ethics. I would never trust her with my money. My rent was mailed to this business to an employee at this business so that makes me a customer or client or at least victim. We paid our rent on time for many years without fail. When the lease was up we had the place professionally cleaned(which I have the invoice for) and completed a walk through with Debbie's father. We were told everything looked great and our deposit would be returned promptly. Imagine our shock(and horror!) when we received instead a bill for nearly $2000 in charges! If Debbie would treat a family of 4 like that how do you think she will treat you?!

I've been working with Apex for many years. They operate with integrity, which is critical in the business of bringing sellers and buyers together. I appreciate Doug Hubler and the leadership he provides to his team of brokers. I highly recommend Apex to anyone that is looking to sell their business or buy a business.
