We furnished our new home from Timeless Interiors. Great price, selection and many one of a kind items. Our neighbors and guest rave about our items. Holly and her staff couldn t have been more helpful, we highly recommend TIMELESS FURNITURE ....it was a pleasant experience and delivery was the NEXT DAY !
I was needing a new bedroom set, and did not know much about furniture, but i was shown at least 20 options to help me decide what i liked. After the owner helped me figure out what style i liked best, she found 4 very similar options that were different prices, she spent 3 hours with me one day, and at least 3 hours a few days later. the owner, and staff were very nice to me always, and i received delivery about 4 weeks after the order was placed. i will certainly be going back again. The other local store that sold the same bed wanted over 400 more for what i bought, and also had a higher delivery charge.
This place has amazing unique pieces. I purchased a rather large console table and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
We bought and couch and asked them to hold it till a certain date for us to pick up with our moving truck to take to our new house. We have the date of pick up. Rented the truck and called to let them know we were coming and they said they had no paperwork on us coming by and we could not pick it up because it was in the warehouse and it was a liability.
They said they would deliver it on the following Monday. Monday came and no one came. I called and the lady was rude and tried to blame me for the mistake then she said it would be delivered the next day and also I ya e to pay for delivery. Of course I had no choice so, I paid for delivery they delivered it on Thursday and forgot to bring all the pieces so we got part of a couch. Ow I have to wait again till the next day to get the rest of my couch. This place is ridiculous!
Owners are trustworthy, and excellent businesspeople.
The most overpriced furniture store in town. Also this place was a complete mess and had a musty smell to it.
We have worked with Holly and her staff at Timeless Interiors since we relocated to the Lowcountry in 2015. The selection of items and the decorating assistance is wonderful. Our home is full of Timeless Interiors items and I think without their help, we would have still been looking for a theme in our house.

Place is a disaster. Totally disorganized and unprofessional. Met with them six weeks before closing in order to have crucial items (bed, sofa, chairs, etc.) ready to go on love in date. Six weeks later, I have one bar stool, despite six weeks of emails trying to chase down details. Lots of excuses, but no furniture. Some things supposedly ordered, but, no clue what, or when it may be delivered. When they disclosed that my sofa was an 8 to 10 week delivery item (from now, not six weeks ago), told them it didn t work, and they committed to come back with options . In the meantime, I found what I needed in stock at Coastal Home today (completely different atmosphere there), and now they tell me the couch was already ordered and they were going to try to stick me with it. Filing a complaint with the BBB, and litigation likely.
The huge showroom displays a wide variety of quality furniture. Today I purchased another great item from Timeless Interiors. This is the fifth time that we have purchased an item here. Each experience has been great as the designers helped us select and coordinate our furniture.
Very over priced. Got a quote for a custom rug and found elsewhere for much less. Shop at Coastal Home and/or Coastal Chic instead.
Holly and her team did a great job staging our house for sale. They have a real eye for transforming the space into something a perspective buyer can see themselves living in. Holly bet me when I hired her that the downside will be they will need to get all the furniture back out of the house so soon because the house will sell (a good problem to have). Turned out she was right, house sold within days of going on the market. Thank you Timeless Interiors!

Very nice furniture in an interesting environment.
You feel like you are bound to get a deal, and you will walk away with some outstanding furniture. It's sort of like a giant garage sale, or treasure hunt. All their salespeople really know where things are and what they have, but it can be a little intimidating for a first time initiate.
The first time I came into their "showroom" in 2005 located in the giant warehouse I was a little surprised to see hardwood, high value furniture. I was thinking it would be more a scratch and dent place, but it's not that at all. The prices are just a bit above wholesale and the quality is amazing. I just wish my budget was a little higher, but I've slowly been replacing my junky furniture with their stuff.

Where to begin...The website states "our work is renowned for its taste and simplicity. Our staging methods are proven to help you sell your home faster, and for a higher value." Who is telling you that your work is renowned other than your untrained eye? It looks like a bunch of highly marketed up pieces of damaged goods thrown into a room. They also state that they the most active real estate staging firm on the East coast. WOW! Timeless Interiors from the outside looks like it was at one point a Gentleman's Club. Once inside the warehouse I was unsure if I was in a furniture warehouse or an episode of Hoarders. This man Joe stopped and talked and bothered me about what services they offer when I just wanted to look at the furniture I probably would not be purchasing. That woman Holly seems to think she is some sort of business savvy women. Tell me this if you are going to have a sale and you have some people that occasionally come in to browse wouldn't you think they would notice that you marked up the price then discounted from there, I mean I understand this is the South and you may assume people are that dumb but come on! I am only giving one star because I was able to find somewhere good to eat lunch and leaving no stars was not an option.
Wonderfully helpful staff, and very unique items, with a variety of prices that i took advantage of furnishing my space. I was offered the opportunity to buy several model used items at a reduced price. My salesperson was super friendly and helped me through every step of selections to installation. When the items were delivered, they looked brand new, better then expected, and we love them. The two pieces that my husband ended up not loving they exchanged immediately for me. We did not want a typical Havertys or rooms to go look. Most all there furniture is solid wood, and we love that. The owner was honest in telling me what pieces were better quality and what things were not. I recommend everyone take a look there if you don't want to look like everyone else.
What a place!
Actually we were a bit put off by the building and sign that faces Rt. 278...small and not very impressive. The saleslady there told us that we needed to go to the main building, about 300 yards behind the highway. It is an old warehouse absolutely crammed with furniture almost to the rafters...cluttered, hard to see what's there, but it you take the time to really look...wow! Wonderful stuff, and an extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. The merchandise is very high quality, and the prices are really good considering how high quality the furniture is.
We came in 'just looking' and wound up buying a dining table, two chairs and a wonderful dining display hutch. We wound up working with the owner, Holly. She really has her stuff together, knows her merchandise, and was extremely helpful.
We live in Tennessee and are beginning to build a house. They are going to store our stuff for 7 months, touch up any defects, and have it packed, wrapped and ready for shipment when we are ready for it. The furniture is beautiful. We were looking to redo the dining room, but my wife never expected to find anything this nice in our price range. Bear in mind that this is not cheap stuff, but it is a great value in high quality furnishings. They also offer furniture refinishing, custom finishes, decorator services, fabrics, rugs, mirrors, art, etc.
if you are looking for one of a kind quality furniture this is the place. Great selection , excellent customer service, and fair prices. Please visit before you buy furniture anywhere else.
Very nice selection of options, but the store is very disorganized. Pieces are over priced. You are given options to customize some of the furiture, but the waiting process on this is long. We were given a wait time of two weeks to stain a small piece and after the two weeks we checked to see if it was done. They hadn t even started it. We were then told one more week in a rude manner and it has now passed that mark and we still haven t heard anything about the status of our order.
8 years ago we found this wonderful store and met the most helpful sales people. Holly was instrumental in helping us choose the perfect pieces for our home. After visiting our home in the DC area she gave us other ideas for different rooms in our house. We continue to add pieces from her store and are so pleased with the quality as well as the customer service. Our next goal is to build a new home in Bluffton area and are confident Timeless Interiors will help us beyond just the build to make our home complete.
We bought two pieces of furniture from Timeless Interiors. We got a great deal on two high-quality pieces. We were very happy with the customer service and their willingness to accommodate our needs even though we lived about five hours away.

Holly and team were an enormous help in getting my house staged for sale. It was on the market over a year and was recommend to use Holly for staging the home in Moss Creek. It sold within a few months. Very professional and gorgeous taste. Thank you for your amazing help.
Incredible store and staff. A design team that's in the know concerning quality modern furniture. Holly and her staff go the extra step to ensure you get the pieces that you want and that are best suited for your needs. They also work with talented local craftsmen for custom pieces. Often times clients need unique sizes that fit a particular area and Holly and her staff can turn to local artist/ fabricators to ensure the quality and originality standards are met or often times exceeded.
My husband and I visited Timeless Interiors today and were quite impressed with the amount and quality of furniture. They have everything! Sofas, chairs, lamps, tables, shelving units, decor and much more.The pieces are high quality and ecclectic. We were lucky enough to be there when owner Holly was in. We enjoyed her kind, friendly and positive personality. She is very knowledgeable about her inventory and furniture in general. She gave us a generous discount on a sofa that was worth all of what the ticketed price was. We will, for sure, be shopping there again soon. Thank you, Holly.

This place is amazing. Timeless Interiors is a floor to ceiling warehouse full of great quality, American-made furniture sold at discount/wholesale prices. Everything is high quality and hardwood--which was especially important to me and my husband. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to show you around their four (four!) buildings in order to help you find the perfect piece. I worked with Holly and Joe (owner and manager) to furnish almost my entire home at a price that can't be beat. Holly worked with my individual style while still introducing me to new pieces to make my home perfect for me and my family. The delivery crew were efficient, careful, and very friendly. I will recommend this to everyone I know.
I only take away a half star because you truly need to be shown around the place by a staff member as the amount of furniture is a bit overwhelming.
High prices with inferior product. Inflexible management. Will not shop there again.
