I subscribed for TIME fibre internet plan. Install...

I subscribed for TIME fibre internet plan. Installation was done earlier than scheduled (i.e., installation done in 2 Feb, but initially scheduled on 4 Feb). This is a 'two-thumbs-up' for me. However, the funny thing is, installation takes 3.5 hours, compared to the expected 2 hours, and i need to cancel my scheduled trip with friends. Further, once I tried to connect after the installation team left, no connection. Tried rebooting but to no avail. I just called the installation team and they promised to check again on 4 Feb. Good thing that the installation team are quite friendly. Hoping they could fix this asap.
