Timax Review

Not too happy with the service.. delayed delivery after I sent an email to Manager and no reply back yet

Awful experience. We ordered wine from Tawse weeks ago, they shipped it via Timax the next day. A couple of days later we checked the tracking and it said they had attempted delivery and left a notice. We get our items shipped to a business address. The time they said they 'attempted' delivery the store was open - unsurprisingly no notice was left either.

Called and emailed several times trying to reschedule delivery, emails and messages left unanswered. Finally, weeks after it should have been delivered they might try today.

Use someone else for shipping, from top to bottom this company is poorly run.

Refused to adjust incorrectly billed delivery, moving on after over 10 years as a client

High Risk driver!!! Cut us off and tried hitting us purposely just because he tried taking our truck over falsely.

Driver lack basic training... beware of them #UnSafe

Shipped things in January, customers never received them as the parcels sat in their warehouse for over a month. No contact to the customer and not contact to us, the shipper. Absolutely unacceptable.

Being familiar with this company for over 20 years I would definitely recommend them.
