Awful experience. We ordered wine from Tawse weeks...

Awful experience. We ordered wine from Tawse weeks ago, they shipped it via Timax the next day. A couple of days later we checked the tracking and it said they had attempted delivery and left a notice. We get our items shipped to a business address. The time they said they 'attempted' delivery the store was open - unsurprisingly no notice was left either.

Called and emailed several times trying to reschedule delivery, emails and messages left unanswered. Finally, weeks after it should have been delivered they might try today.

Use someone else for shipping, from top to bottom this company is poorly run.
