We are very satisfied with the service department , recently had service performed there, and had to order a part we weren't expecting and when it came in they scheduled an appointment and took care of the repair on my wife's bike.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. They even asked us to bring our puppy inside so they could see her, proving the fact they are a pet friendly dealership.
My wife and I stop in any time we travel near the area .

Abby in accessories was very helpful in my purchase of my vest. I loved the vest I bought but it ended up being to big for me. I left the tag and receipt at the counter after my purchase. She had no problems exchanging my vest for a smaller one. I definitely recommend the place to my buddies.

If you have a need for a motorcycle then this is the place to go. It is family owned and because of that everyone is so friendly. It is a good place to shop if you want to get a gift for someone. It is easy to get to from the roads around it. They also have events for groups of people to precipitate in.

Came in to ask a few questions and to have a helmet fix. Service woman didn't seem to car and only showed me one helmet and seem to be preoccupied with wanting to get back to their desk to talk with another employee. I came in here and other locations and everyone would try their best to make sure the customer felt welcomed. I, in the other hand today, did not. The only positive I can say about the visit today was the parts manager was helpful and nice in directing me to where I needed to go and, a sales man asked if I needed help with anything as I was leaving. You would think with the price tag of Harley alone, the employees would be a little more welcoming.

I have been working on the same project for a while now as I am a do-it-yourselfer and I get most of my parts at Tilley's and they team here is super supportive and helpful. They also will share knowledge with you and if they can't answer your question, they will find someone that will. A lot of cool collector bikes on site, if you ask you may be able to see them.

We needed a new seat for our 2018 Street Glide Special and we went to do a trial run with the Hammock seat. All I can say is SOLD... I asked if we could Keep that one so I dint have to go back to our "old" one. To my greatest pleasure, we were able to purchase the Said seat when we returned to the shop. Great service and an amazingly pleasurable experience. Great job HD staff..

Friendly staff and great service here. Stop by for a look around or visit when they are hosting a big event you won't be disappointed. There is plenty of parking in this large facility.

i purchased my bike from tilley 5 years ago. i was told at the time of sale that anything i bought from either tilley location (not counting labor) i would get a 10% discount for life. that held true until now. any time i went to any register weather it was clothing or bike parts, i was asked if i was " in their system". i always said yes, gave them my name and address, and they always, without question gave me 10% off my purchase.now my bike needed a new ignition. part had to be ordered so i went to tilley of statesville to pay for the part so it could be ordered. when i was told the total price, i asked about my 10% and the guy behind the counter said he had no idea what i was talking about so he went for a manager who came out to see me. when i asked him about it, he wanted to know who my salesman was and told me "it was all a lie" when i told him that i was told that at time of sale and it has been honored until now, he said it was only valid as long as i was still doing business with them! i said i am here to buy a part, so he told me the program was cancelled 2 years ago. i asked why i was promised this at time of sale and he had no answer. in a 5 minute conversation, the manager dug himself into a hole of lies that even he couldn't keep track of. so, after 5 years of buying a motorcycle, numerous parts and accessories, and apparel, i will never spend another dime, and i will tell anybody who asks, stay away from the liars at tilley
