They stood by their work, so I will re-review under my real name.

I wrote a review under the name "Guy Keys", with the intention to never do business with Tiki again.

However, Tiki was very quick to respond and came to our location, picked up the iron chairs and birdcage, and re stripped and repowdercoated them all. They then redelivered the items back to my residence. They appear much better than before.

I would use them again, hopefully next time without the headache.

Thanks, Tiki, for making this right.

We needed a small part for our dingy outboard. Not much money in it for Tiki but somewhat of an emergency for us. Chip and Jairo went out of their way to get the part for us on a holiday weekend. Very impressive customer service!

"We are honorable people." - from their website. Read on and you decide. The short version of this ongoing nightmare is that I bought a used Compac 23 sailboat from them last year including a brand new roller furler. I just recently discovered that it was installed by the rigger they brought in and paid, in a negligent and dangerous way that threatens the integrity of the mast. In the words of the President of Compac yachts in reply to my email about this "DO NOT SAIL THAT BOAT THE WAY IT IS" The forestay was attached to the spinnaker bail at the top of the mast, instead of the main piece of the masthead, where the stay should go. That bail, a small metal ring is already bent and is only meant to attach a spinnaker line to. So I am boatless now and wondering if the mast could have failed during my sails. I have sent numberous emails and made numerous calls to Tiki and was told by Compac that my emails were not being received. No calls to Tiki have been returned. I have spent hours trying to find a local rigger to fix this. I also am expecting that cost to be reimbursed of course. I also recently discovered, by watching the installation video of the furler, that the part called a "Bullseye" was never installed, and thats the reason my poor wife had to go up to the bow several times in huge winds and a busy narrow channel to try to figure out why the line would not roll in and out. So I expect that part to be ordered and sent to me. But the lack of response to my calls and emails is simply unacceptable. I dont care if they want to contact the rigger - it doesnt matter why he did it. I need to have this fixed and have it paid for. Stay tuned for the next chapter.
