Christmas Eve family menu absolutely excellent, although extremely busy wonderful standard maintained throughout.

Perfectly magical setting. Fairy lights in glasshouse extension really make it feel very special. Scrumptious food. Huge menu to choose from. Midweek set meal a total bargain. Hard to beat

Food here is always of a high standard. We often come to this place for special occasions, such as birthdays. Never disappointed with the food and none of it goes to waste!

Went today with my family for Sunday lunch. Unfortunately there was a power cut, so the kitchens were largely out of action. The staff went out of their way to produce an impromptu meal that was fantastic and way beyond expectations. I would like to thank them for a unique and truly memorable experience. We will definitely return

Lively atmosphere, excellent Italian cuisine and very friendly staff. Busiest times are at weekends and sometimes it is wise to book. Ideal for a morning coffee or lunch when passing!

This is our favourite Italian restaurant, always good service, value for money, great atmosphere and excellent food.

I know other Italian restaurants around wich are much better.

My son and I were able to walk in and get a table on a Sunday afternoon.
The food we had was delicious Garlic mushrooms (a little piece of bread would have been nice to mop up the sauce) bruschetta, calzone and mushroom papiette(or something along those lines)
Staff were polite, attentive and efficient.
A tad expensive for basic Italian dishes but I guess you pay for the ambience in a restaurant of this size.

Excellent venue, food was delicious and staff friendly and pleasant. Highly recommend the Bookmakers sandwich for lunch.

Food ok but very poor service. They cleared our table after our mains and that was it. Didn't see them again! We weren't even offered dessert or coffee. Think the staff wanted to go home! Won't be going back.

Food is very over priced, drastically lacking in quality. Garlic bread was oily to the point where it was running down your arm. Lasagna!? Don't even contemplate it, overcooked, mostly pasta and hardly any meat. Oh apart from the spoonful dropped on top! The worst lasagna I've ever seen. Seriously disappointed! Upon complaint the customer service was severely lacking. No apology what so ever. Had to ask for it to be taken off the bill! Never returning.

Quite a different atmosphere (with Covid-19) a bit quieter with the distance between tables. Service was a little slow but OK, food was good, just not great. Again, this may be down to staff and suppliers. Will have to go again when we are all free to roam.

Starter was really nice pate which comes with a whole garlic bread, I had lasagne for main it wasnt nice also didnt get offered parmesan for it yet the tables next to me did!!! They cant make cocktails at all got a long island ice tea and you couldnt taste nor really see the coke element in it, was very very strong in alcohol (not a complaint really)

Visited last Thursday night. Best value for money i have had in ages. Ordered from the tdh menu surprised at the size of portions and the quality was great

We had a fantastic experience here today, the food was fantastic I had the salmon and coconut with a lemon and wine sauce which was totally awesome. Make sure that you try the bbq chicken wings the sauce is out of this world.

Lovely atmosphere and lovely food. Went on a Saturday evening and head the early evening special menu. The food was so tasty and so fresh. Also enjoyed the wine too. Not been here for a long time but will most certainly come again. Great place!

Fast service, with good food. Staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant has a modern and spacious feel, with a nice outside seating area in summer.

We spent a fantastic night at Tiggis with some friends and our kids... We had an excellent service and good welcome by the manager and owner Gianfranco and his staff and a special and amazing food cooked by the chef Paolo and all the members the kitchen...it's always a pleasure to come back and eat at "Tiggis ribble Valley"

Beautiful restaurant, great service, very warm and welcome. Quite busy on Saturday but we didn't wait long for our food. They have great penne arrabiata and pizza is amazing too.

Nice food. Good pizzas. A good place to break a journey with good parking by the busy road.

Food was great pity all the meals did not come out together

Went there at lunchtime with my wife and three young kids. The speed at which the drinks and starters were brought out was amazing. This was followed by mains, where the quality of sourced ingredients was excellent. I have one daughter who is picky about her food, yet even she left Tiggis with a smile on her face.

The quality of the food, the ambience, and speed of service, and lastly the warm hospitality, left a lasting impression. Thank you.

Table arranged at short notice, staff were brilliant with the kids, fantastic food. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Restaurant very full last night as there was a wedding party as well as Christmas revellers.
Service and food was still perfect though.
This one is just as good as the St Anne's branch

Love this place too! Regular Saturday evening venue for us. Fabulous food with top quality ingredients. Friendly efficient staff, great service and wonderful atmosphere. If you visit regularly the welcome is great - what more could you want?!

Food is always good and they always easily cater for our big groups from work.

Taken to a table immediately, food was out almost as soon as we ordered it. Staff was incredibly friendly, the food was amazing and was fairly priced. Thank you, Franco and the team!

Super place to eat. The lady that met us on entry really made us feel secure with good spacing between tables. The food was excellent and really good portions. Been back since our first visit.
