Would not recommend anyone work for tigerpoly. If your not in the front offices dont expect to have a life outside of tigerpoly. You will be subjected to mandatory overtime along with witnessing the productuon manager yelling and degrading employees and his supervisors. Incompetence seems to get you promoted beyond a supervisor. If your a female dont look for HR to do anything about being sexually harrassed. They will keep telling you they are investigating your claim until you either quit or they fire you for occurrences, even if your not over their limit for them. The follow the law of Ohio that is an at will employment state when they fire you.

They claim to have "competitive" compensation yet offer what most press operators make at other companies for Technician positions. This was the first time I've ever laughed out loud at someone calling me about a job I applied for.

You get what you pay for!

One of the best supplier teams I've worked with. Turned their delivery around and ended up winning a supplier delivery award.

The job is great but management is horrible. Supervisors lie, intimidate and bully the associates. Production manager is disgusting, it is his way and don't ever question or you are fired. Stay as far away from this company as possible.
