Buyer Beware!! Tige was so great with answering questions and what not until there was a problem with their product and no longer wanted to be so helpful and friendly. I wouldn't buy another Tige after my RZR which is only a few years old has major upholstery defects that Tige is denying any claim under warranty. I had the upholstery looked at by the local Tige dealer and 4 service guys looked at the seats, agreed it was a defect, then Tige says we're not gonna cover it. This is your material with the Tige name on it. Can't wait to tell everyone on the multiple lakes I take my boat to about how horrible Tige Boats are all around. Tige if you want to make this right you know how to contact me.

Great company and an even better boat. We have a 2010 RZ2 and the surf wave still rivals some of the most technologically advanced boats. It goes to show that Tige has been on the forefront of industrie leading design and technology.

I have owned 2 Tige boats now and couldn't be happier with the product, support, and the number of complements when I am out on the water or pulling it behind the truck. I wouldn't look anywhere else other than Tige boats for all of my watersports needs!!

We love our 2015 Tige. Ample room for our entire family. Great for skiing, tubing, wakeboarding etc. Would definitely recommend.

We bought a 2015 Tige Z1 and it has been the best boat we have ever owned. Everything is of premium quality and works great. It is one of the best boats for surfing with the Adaptive VX to fine tune the wake. We also do some wakeboarding behind it and it couldn't be better. It takes a little bit of time to fine tune the ballast and get people sitting in the correct place but once you do it works great. This boat is extremely sensitive to weight. If there is one person in the boat it leans toward the drivers side. This makes it great for quick wake adjustments. We are going into our second summer with this and can't wait.

Bought a 2015 Tige R20 last year. Absolutely love the boat! Very versatile and lots of fun for family and friends. Nothing better then spending the day out on the boat while surfing, skiing, wake boarding, and hanging out. Great boat, great service!

Tige boats are great.. The Craftsmanship, Style, and Performance are top notch. The only complaint I have is the customer service. After spending all that $$$ on a boat you would think they would want to take care of you. I hope they are able to fix this flaw with their company.

Hi my name is Ted LeMay, my first tige boat was a 2007 rz2 and i fell in love with the room and how well the boat performed from low speeds to mid cruising speeds,i have purchased 2 more since then and im so impressed with how far tige has come with there technology. I am a hard core wakeboarder and i have had every inboard boat out there that is on the market and hands down the tige keeps on getting better and improving quality and performance, i would highly recommend that if you are in the market for a new wakeboard boat that you take the time and go test drive the extreme experience.

Tige is the best ski boat we have ever owned. I cannot count the number of hours I spent on our Tige boat last summer. Counting down the days until we can ski again this summer.

I have purchased 2 Tige's since 2010. Tige's commitment to quality, customer service, and since of family is top notch. This is by far the best boat experience I have had in 30+ years as a boat owner.

We love our Tige! We bought our 2016 Z1 last year and took it out at least once a week until fall. The wake that it throws is massive. It's easy to adjust to your preference. The customer service department is incredibly friendly and responsive. We have nothing but good things to say about our Z1 and the Tige company.

I am a previous Mastercraft owner. I was looking for quality in a new boat. I found it with my new Tige boat. I can't say enough about my dealer's customer service at Northpoint Watersports. In addition to that, Tige corporate has reached out to me to make sure I have been take care of. I am so impressed.

Tige builds an AMAZING surf boat!!! I have been very pleased with their customer service and quality.

I purchased a beautiful 2010 red and black Z1. She's not only fast and powerful, comfortable and reliable, but also versatile. She's very quiet and stable when taking guests for a quite evening cruise, as we often do. But the Z1 has a small wake at 36 MPH for a serious slalom skier, and a lot of lift for wake boarding. Now, we also surf behind the boat. She's an all around winner, not to mention the most beautiful boat on our river.

Love our custom-built 2016 Tige Z3! Always the best looking boat on the Lake! Appreciate all the goodies, autographed poster of our build, & offer for a factory tour (wish we could have made it down). Not many companies offer these types of things as a thank you gesture - so Thank you! Also big thank you to Prestige Water Sports (Boise, ID); they are always great to work with and represent Tige well! We had a few issues, but Tige was quick to work with our dealer to respond and fix any issues, no questions asked - and were very helpful in providing advise to help us dial in our wave. Thank you Tige for making a quality boat and providing top-notch customer service!

My wife and I shopped around for quite a while before picking our Tige. I can say from our testing that the Tige wave is SO much better than any other we tried. WE LOVE OUR BOAT! If your on the market then I would recommend testing the Tige first! Then you will be able to see first hand how others are just not at the level of quality and performance Tige is!

Our family's 2015 Tige R20 has been the gift that keeps on giving. The winter months can't go by fast enough as I look forward to another summer by the lake cruising around on the best boat in the business. Powerful, graceful, agile and with top notch aesthetics, the Tige is unmatched. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.

We bought a Tige RZR and it is perfect. It is small enough to put in and out of the water and still puts out a massive wake. The lip for wakesurfing is the cleanest I have ever surfed. It is a great boat.

Such a great experience owning a Tige boat. I have owned 3 Tige's now. It feels great buying a product knowing the company supports you all the way. They really go out of there way to assure you get what you paid for USED or NEW. Their is good reason why there is such a strong Tige following. You buy Tige and not just getting a boat, you are getting so much more... The saying is true "Tige Family". Family owned business really shows through. I have had a 24V and two Z3. The versatility these boats offer at very low operating costs amazes me. They do everything well while still providing industry leading surf wakes. Fully ballasted on 50 gallons of fuel gets me a solid 12-14 hours on a tank. Smiles per gallon at its finest. I can go on but very proud to own these boats and not afraid to share the love for the support they have provided me in the past years.

I work at a summer camp where we run a Tige as part of our water ski program. Very nice reliable boat. My friend just bought a 2015 R20 and its amazing for surfing and hanging with the family! highly suggest Tige Boats.

These boats are the best. I am on my 3rd Tige. Just bought a 2017 rzx3 and absolutely love it.

I purchased a Tige R21 late last summer and have been nothing but happy. Great boat that is very versatile for our family of 5. Fun to surf, ski, tube, swim and even fish from. Looking forward to another summer on the water!

I have a 2016 Z3 and love the boat. The only reason not to give 5 stars is my experience with the dealer was not the greatest. I would have expected more for what I paid for the boat.

Best boat for wake surfing. Sets up the wake nicely all on its own, programmable for each rider, and the rider can control the wake while surfing.

This place is a joke. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Does not stand behind their word, or their product.
Would never recommend anyone buy from this place....EVER!!!!!!
Have also heard this is an awful place to work, and they can't keep employees.

The crew at the Tige factory is first class. I had recently bought my Z3 from Texas Tige and I wanted to take a tour of the factory after the purchase, opposite of what usually happens, but I was treated like family the moment I walked in. They weren't just putting on a show for a potential buyer, like to competition does, which totally reassured that I had made the right decision to buy a MADE IN TEXAS boat! Seeing how my boat was manufactured, meeting the staff, and shaking hands with the owner was an awesome experience that most other boat brands cant offer in a single impromptu visit to HQ. Thank you Tige Boats for the countless memories on the water, the exceptional staff at HQ, and my awesome dealer, Texas Tige.

Treated our selves to a 2016 RZR in early July and it is amazing! We put a bunch of family time in on this boat, about 80 hrs in three months.
Me, both my sons and my wife have all enjoyed being towed behind it and relaxing on it.
Can't ever see us not Owning a TIGE.
The multiple Compliments are just standard for us now.
Can't hardly wait for another season!

Worst customer service ever! I will never have another Tige.

The boat we got is great. It gives a great wake to surf on and has a lot of space. It is also easy to get out of the water.

I love my new boat!! Just bought the R20, so far I love it! Tony Forte and Forte s Inboard Connection, was great and showed me how to work everything on the boat.

Facility tour was a blast. I really appreciate my new boat so much more seeing all the hands at work. I didn't realize that EVERY step of production is hands on. I didn't see any automation but the CNC mill. Staff was fantastic, got a Tige buyer for life.

We are enjoying our second Tige' vessel and can't say enough about the great experiences we have enjoyed. The boat is a Z3 and perfect for surfing and having a great time with our family and friends. We have also enjoyed the team at Ski Dock in Austin who have helped with both of our purchases. Thad and the guys are tops in our book.

This is our 2nd Tige. We purchased our first new Tige in 2000 (MY 1999) and this one last year. We are proud Tige owners. We have both boats as of today. The older one is a great ski boat and this one is nice for our kids and grandkids for wake boarding, wake skating and wake surfing. The first Tige has retained most of its original value.

I absolutely love my 2015 Tige Z3. Just after purchasing I received a welcome package direct from Tige with some stickers and a hooded towel. Never in my life has a manufacturer done anything like this with previous purchases. They included a letter with direct number to contact them if I have any problems with my new boat. The boat itself has been nothing short of amazing. I have had zero issues and will be a Tige owner for life!

Bought my first new Tige this last year and put 100 hrs on it. WOW what a nice boat had a check engine light on 2nd time out and the local dealer was very fast and awesome to work with I highly recommend Tige boats. Best boat for the $.

We love our Tige Boat! We purchased a 2016 R22 in Denver last May. We owned boats previously, from different brands, hands down, this one is the best. The design is amazing, taps 3 is the best system so far for wake surfers, customer service is great. No regrets and we can't wait for spring to be back to enjoy it!

Tige z1 is a great boat for all sports and the whole family

I love our Tige RZR. With 4 teenagers, we are very active. Our 2015 RZR is able to easily switch from tubing to wake boarding to surfing. The boat is usually setup and ready before the kids can switch all the gear around.
Our kids always want to bring a friend or two. Our RZR seats 12 comfortably and still has power to spare when we have a full load.
Just to let you know how much we enjoy it - 72 hours worth - last summer. It is only February in WI and we are already looking forward to this summer.

Hands down best boat on the market. Our family lives on the water during the summer months and over the years have had several boats, however none compare to our recent Tige purchase. The tige is versatile in many ways and we couldn't be happier. The number of hours we have spent on the Tige over the past two summers is a true testament of how much we love the boat and well the boat is crafted. I have been wakeboarding on a Tige for 10 years now, and refuse to ride off any other boat. While I primarily use it for wakeboarding, I've taught my little cousins how to waterski as well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable boat.

Our hometown, Hot Springs, Arkansas hosted their first INT Wakesurf/Wakeboard competition on June 4th, sponsored by Gregg Orr Marine. It was amazing, but on June 5th they offered FREE surf or wake board lessons to help promote the sport. We signed two of our sons up for the first surf lesson (8am). We were honored to ride in the competition Tige Boat for Perry Morrison, a 2015 Z3 with AVX and TAPS complete with the pro surf ballast! Perry is the leading surf rider in his division and he coached our boys...it was outstanding. Tige makes an amazing boat (that was the best wave I've ever seen), combine that with a top rated surfer as a coach and you have a perfect morning! Thank you Perry, Dana, and Patrick Morrison for hosting our family. Thank you Perry for being great, and thank you Tige for making it possible for families like ours to ride/surf behind one of the best.

WOW!! WOW!! WOW!! Tige Boats staff is absolutely AMAZING! I have had many phone conversations with them and talked to many of their staff members and i never seem to put down the phone with out a smile on my face! I recommend their business everyday of the week! I have recently bought a Tige Z3 and any questions or concerns I know I can call right up to them and I am always taken care of. Good Job Tige and Keep it up!!!!

I guess this review is mostly due to my experience with a dealer but I have reached out to Tige's customer service via email and voicemail and don't even get any response. My experience includes unethical sales practices (I guess this can be expected at any dealer).

My experience is outlined below:

Here s what you can expect if you drop $80k+ on a boat:
I purchased out of state and they misrepresented features by about $8k
Terrible customer service
Boat wasn t prepped for the water
No help with shipping or even prepping it to be shipped.
No help with shipping
No manuals
No warranty info

The glovebox came locked with no keys- they assured me the ignition keys would work and that I was doing it wrong (as if I don t know how a key works?) Then they said the shipping company must have stolen the keys. I eventually called a locksmith and he drilled out the lock and found the keys inside. I haven t been reimbursed for the locksmith and don t have a replacement lock. In fact, they won t even return my calls.

This boat has a touchscreen and has many features that aren t intuitive and that I can t even use without a manual or some kind of instruction.

If this is their customer service after spending $80,000 I can only imagine how they would treat you if you only spent $15k on a motorcycle- maybe they will kick it over in the driveway and spit on it for you? The dealership is 5th Gear Cycle out of Broken Arrow, OK.
