I think if your not playing any machine while smoking you should move. If people smoke I always end up moving the ash trays from my machine. People take chairs from a machine to watch other people play. You waste time gambling because there's no response to problems. The masks rule is out the door. Not enough ventilation. Machines for claiming your money always has the next one out of order. Not enough money give aways to give on tickets from kiosks. AND NO FREE ACCESS TO REFRESHMENTS LIKE RED HAWK PLACED NICELY ON WALLS IN MORE THAN ONE PLACE. . THE LOST AND FOUND SUCKS. DON'T WANT TO CHECK LOST GLASSES UNLESS YOU REMEMBER THE DATE LOST AND IF YOU DONT THEY WONT LOOK BECAUSE THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF GLASSES LOST AND DIFFICULT TO ATTEMPT TO LOOK FOR IF THEY MIGHT BE HANDY. WHY ARE THE LATEST NOT KEPT FOR AT LEAST ONE MONTH!! When you grab a person on duty to help with a problem they send you on a run around. Ok......

The staff at the Thunder Valley were great! Alex C. (Bell Service Attendant) went beyond my expectations of customer service. He was kind, informative, helpful, and just and all around great attitude. Alex is the main reason ill be back to this hotel with Friends and Family. Also, ill be referring all my business clients here. Alex definitely deserves recognition and a promotion. Thank you! Alex for a wonderful experience at The Thunder Valley Casino.

I've been upgraded to get rooms every week now & $50bucks 2x a week now. Staff is great, winnings and fun ! Love Italian menu at Thunder Cafe clam chowder is freshly fantastic,great food not too expensive but flavors are biscuits and gravy good! They'll have that 4u too! It's like 6bucks well worth sitting down 4dine in very fast good service and all the desserts are in front cold case are out of this world good!! Now I'm going to go get some!!

My sister-in-law and myself spent a "spa day" at Thunder Valley. We each had the "stress relief massage," and then proceeded to enjoy the steam room with eucalyptus (FABULOUS) and then the pool and hot tub area outside. We ordered drinks and apps and just had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Next time I will get a room here; there's a lot to discover in this gem of a place.

My massage therapist "Laura" deserves to be singled out for her first-class service. Her touch was perfect: not too rough but firm enough to know the muscles were being worked. GREAT job Laura and THANK YOU!

Great casino but $400+ for one night is ridiculously expensive for a local casino. Not even Vegas or Reno has expensive rooms and it s not even the weekend. Other than that it s a great casino to go play for the day.

(Attention) there was a lot of people there this evening most were wearing masks but there was quite a few that weren't and were blatantly ignoring what they were saying over the loudspeakers that people needed to be laying them just want everybody to be safe out there other than that have a great time and came home broke to some tequila and soda yeah baby living the dream

I don't like this place because they allow people to smoke. There should be a separate area where no smoking. I've been to other better casinos where nobody smokes. I think all casinos should also have a children's area. It's funnier that way. May Gid bless everyone

My mom and grandpa love coming here but I m going to put them onto the hard rock in Lincoln because this place is just horrible! The only good is probably the gambling tables. And that s because you get some good card dealers but the drink waitresses are so rude I get attitude every single time I talk to one of them and then I they tell me I can t get a bottle of water sitting on their tray they hold but then see them passing it out to the next person they ask. This casino is also way to Smokey inside. And they WILL take all of your money you come in with and then some! Never returning here again

Rooms are nice and clean but expect to pay around $500 dollars for a weekday. Luckily we get comped rooms once in a while. The casino gaming floor is huge and vibrant, it s gaming floor is approximately 250,000 sq ft bigger than any casino gaming floor in Las Vegas of course this is based strictly on just the gaming floor and not the entire resort. I hardly win, but that s gambling and at the end of your stay most people will lose, just have fun and know when to stop. Overall one of the best casinos in Northern California if not the best.

Always have a great dinner at Red Lantern, but atmosphere of the Resort as a whole has gone south. Casino is a mess, staff is overworked and a bartender told me to stand in a drink line instead of going to the bar like a normal person in a normal gaming establishment (there wasn t anyone in a line ).

Feels like a crowded music festival in a rundown city and it just doesn t have that exciting feel it used to have.

Not the same place it used to be even during the height of the pandemic. 3 stars.
