People very friendly and she gave me a good information about fish oil.

Very cool store with some very different products that I can't find elsewhere. The staff helped me find what I was looking for and made some good recommendations. From now on this will be where I shop for all my vitamins and supplements in West kelowna.

Great people! Just loves the selection of Nature's Sunshine and some of the harder to find herbs. They even spent 20 minutes with my doing a vitamin and health analysis using lie detector technology and I could not believe how accurate it was.

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, always a pleasure going to see them, and they're selection is very good too!

Thrive Naturals has a very fair and flexible return policy, helpful and knowledgeable staff and the staff always go an extra mile. They have been around since 1988 and know natural health.

if there was no stars it would get it. treated my friend like garbage, over priced products , pushy sales, horrible rude service if ever want to return a product for your cash back.
