My son needed help with reading and writing. He has been attending MOL for over 1 year and we've noticed a great improvement in his reading and spelling. The tutors are professional and make learning fun and interesting for him. I would highly recommend MOL!
Both my sons went. One for reading and one for writing. They made great strides in over coming the challenges that were holding them back. They are now at grade level and feeling more confident. They both have ADHD and even with extra help at school weren t able to close the gap. After a year of regular tutoring they are now able to stop tutoring and progress with school alone. I am reassured to know , if they falter, I can count on Mind Over Learning to catch them up again.
Mind Over Learning helped both my daughters immensely. My eldest is graduating this year with an "A" in English & loads of confidence now that she has pushed through her biggest schooling challenge. Thanks MOL team!

Both my children attended Mind Over Learning and had a great experiences. The evaluations are well rounded and assess all their challenges. The staff are friendly, positive and accommodating. They are knowledgeable in children with diverse abilities and are able to motivate the most challenging child. They meet the child where they are at and encourage them to meet their goals.
My daughter has learned to read thanks to Mind over Learning. She is 8yrs old with global delay, intellectual delay, asd, and adhd so its been a big challenge finding a technique to teach her but this group has done it! Deena has been very patient with her. Very highly recommend!
Mind Over Learning is the reason my son can now read. They have worked with him for approximately 5 years. They have always been kind, efficient and friendly. Even when there were some behaviour issues they problem solved and did not "fire" us from the program. Truly inclusive and collaborative with parents. I would strongly recommend.
My daughter's grade 1 teacher identified a potential learning disability two months into our school year, and it was Mind Over Learning whom I quickly and thankfully found to support her. We did some intensive tutoring and I attribute her current success (grade 8) to the MOL team. What makes them different is that they figure out WHAT your child is struggling with, and break down the mechanics of language to help your child understand. This is child-centered instruction. We needed help. We tutored 2-3 times per week for five years. When things finally clicked, we found that we had unleashed a reader & writer. She is now heralded for her superior quality writing skills. When she attended middle school, it was our kid who knew how to tackle compositions. Her teacher asked me where her skills came from. Another year later, and we are once again being told that she has superior skills. I cannot imagine where we might be without the sometimes frustrating & daunting five years we spent with Mind Over Learning. We are incredibly grateful.
Thanks Mind Over Learning for help my grandson with his study English and Math. He was diagnosed an "Autism". Bogdan graduated from KSS, high school in 2018 with sertificate. In the summer he took College course for English 12 and now Bogdan is studiyng in the College on program "Communication, Media and Jurnalism". To study there is very difficult for him, he is working very hard with tutors and his Mother help. But we hope for his success eventually.

My child recieved tutoring from MOL in the spring of 2020. The tutors were all lovely, knowledgeable and provided great direction for my son. His understanding of the topics covered most definitely improved during the tutoring term - and was reflected in his report card at the end of the year. Everyone adapted really well to moving to the online platform. For which we are very grateful and thankful. My only reason for 4 stars is the lack of communication I recieved from their office about the scheduling. I reached out multiple times and never received a call back. We felt a little discarded at the end of the tutoring term. While understanding the world changes currently going on it was a slightly disappointing way to end the term.
My daughter's confidence has soared since she started working with Mind Over Learning in mathematics. Thank you for helping her see that she is as good at math as anyone else!

My daughter hated school and really struggled with writing and math due to her various learning issues before she started with Mind Over Learning. She has progressed so much over the past year and a half. We have tried other tutoring programs and private tutoring before but there was little progress and our daughter was frustrated and hated going. She has enjoyed working with every tutor she has had at Mind Over Learning in both the language arts and math programs. Her whole attitude towards learning and school work has changed. I can't say enough good things about our experience and the amazing staff. They saved our daughters education and scholastic future.
Mind Over Learning is a wonderful tutoring centre, where the learning environment is always safe and the lessons are practical. I received help from one of the special consultants, and she was very patient and understanding with myself and my learning. I would recommend those who are struggling with school to go to Mind Over Learning!
Our son has been attending Mind Over Learning for over 1.5 years and we have seen great improvement with his reading skills over this time. The tutors are all wonderful and have strategies to re-direct my son when his attention wanders (which is often, as he has ASD and ADHD). They also provide detailed progress reports, so we know how our son is doing. I highly recommend Mind Over Learning!
