Quality product, though pricy for small cans. I would not recommend signing up for their monthly service. I experienced a dropped order, very slow communication (it has been weeks and the problem is still not resolved), and customer support that knew less about the process than I did. Top it off with the service rep cancelling my monthly subscription though I did not request her to do so, although now I think it might be a relief.

The actual product at Thrive is great. However, if you're signed up for the delivery service, beware!! I have twice been sent $2000 worth of product that I did not order and didn't get notice of until it was already shipped. It has been an absolute nightmare getting it taken care of. The first time I figured everyone makes mistakes and everyone was really helpful and kind. The second time I knew it was time to cancel my account, especially since customer service acted like it was my fault that their system glitched and sent me ridiculous amounts of product far beyond anything I've ever purchased on purpose. They tried to first sell it to me half price and then to make me pay to return the product that I didn't order and didn't even know about until it was already shipping. This was not negligence on my part. There was no email telling me that they were getting my shipment ready and giving me a chance to make changes (like what I get when I actually order from them). There was just an email telling me to expect my product in three days. I had to spend two hours of my day getting things cancelled and tracking down the people doing the actual shipping (because Thrive told me there was nothing they could do to cancel the order even though it hadn't actually left the shipping dock yet). Luckily, Black Pearl (who Thrive ships through) was totally awesome and got the shipment cancelled for me.

Over the years, I have researched and purchased from just about ALL of the companies out there who sell freeze dried food. Once I found Thrive Life, I stopped looking and actually became a consultant so I could get the best prices and benefits. Their food is the best quality I have seen and tasted, AND it's all non-GMO, and comes from reputable farms and NEVER sourced from China! Those things are important to me! I incorporate this food in my every day recipes, and I also store it for emergencies, and stock up during their sales. I love making meals in jar and having them on hand for when I need a quick dinner, and making camping/hiking meals too! We make fruit smoothies, veggie omelets, taco soup, and just about every kind of meal in between. We even color and flavor icing with powdered strawberries, blueberries and pineapple! It tastes so good, is easy to use, and it's healthy! So happy I found Thrive Life!

We ordered several products. One of them was a number 10 can of baking powder. We kept it on a shelf in the pantry. We returned home from a trip and it had exploded. White dust coated the entire pantry. It has taken weeks to remove and clean every item. We reached out to Thrive immediately. They have not provided any response whatsoever. No apology. No acknowledgement. What a terrible disappointment.

I just love love LOVE this company and what they stand for! Originally, it s a company that freeze dries food (fruits, veggies, meat, beans, etc) at its peak. This locks in all the nutrients and vitamins these foods normally give you when you eat them at their finest. After it s freeze dried, they store it in air tight containers for food storage at home, or can be used instantly for easy meal preps at home for individuals and families. I mean, they even have freeze dried cut up onions so it can save you from tears when cutting onions fresh! But the newest item they released had me instantly - it was LOVE at first sip/idea/concept - it is truly GENIUS! They released RUVI - which are whole fruits and vegetables, picked at their peak nutrition with all the fibers that come with, nothing else, freeze dried to lock in all the nutrients and the wonderful flavors. One packet of Ruvi gives you 4x the daily servings of fruits and veggies you need. Super convenient because I can take a packet of Ruvi anywhere, mix it with cold water, and drink, that s it! Comes in 4 bursting flavors that focuses on heart, brain, cleanse, and skin+immune system. I can t say enough great things about Ruvi and since I ve been taking it first thing in the mornings, I have more energy and wake up refreshed, even when I don t get 7 hours of sleep. It s truly a game changer!

The customer service is extremely hard to work with. I had two auto-orders ship out (two separate months) even though I asked them to cancel my orders and my auto-order cart was empty. Both times they said they couldn t Cancel even though I contacted them as quickly as I possibly could have. They were not understanding at all and now I have tons of the same food... They finally deleted my card, but it was a very friatrating experience. We do however, love the things they offer. The food is great.

This is my favorite brand of food storage and my family eats it every day! Highest quality source foods, best production processes, and awesome employees. I know what I'm getting in every can.

I feel like you have to watch for the sales to get more affordable pricing, but whether you're looking for shelf life longevity or just good food, you're getting quality either way.
