Thread Art Review

Great people, quality product and always great customer service!!

The thread prices are great...issue is quality. I have purchased many spools of cotton quilting thread, polyester general sewing thread and polyester embroidery thread and i am having the same issues with all three types. Have lots of breakage, shredding and linting regardless of needle type, age or tension settings. Very disappointed.

Ordered grab bag of fat quarters. Came in just a few days, beautifully packaged, beautiful colors. So happy with my purchase I ordered two more. Nice to find a company where you get exactly what you ordered. Will definitely use this company again and recommend it to all, my sewing buddies.

I'm hoping to hear back from a supervisor so I can change this review. I searched the web for vinyl and rhinestones that I need to purchase and spent quite a bit of time comparing different sites before making my Threadart purchase. The main reason I chose this company is because of a special that is posted on the website. It reads: EASTER SALE! SAVE $10 OFF ORDERS OF $50-FOR EXTRA 10% OFF USE COUPON CODE: SPRING

I used the code and placed my $50+ order but noticed that I did not receive the Easter Sale $10 off so I contacted customer service who emailed me. The reply said that only one of the two savings could be used. Why then does it say, "FOR EXTRA 10% off" ? I replied and I'm hoping that they honor what they advertised. I will update this review upon hearing back from them and will decide whether or not to cancel the order that I really needed placed yesterday when I actually submitted the order.

I have been using ThreadArt products successfully since purchasing my embroidery machine. I purchased a starter kit at that time and honestly believe my machine stitches best when I use their threads. Now that I live close to the store in Cypress, Texas, I can visit the store and always find what I need. Their stabilizers work well, and the store manager is always pleasant and offers to help me with color choices, or finding matching dye lots when needed.

My Wife and I went there yesterday. Everyone there was very helpful. The place was very neet and well stocked. I will go there again if and when the need exists.
