After calling for a week straight and having everyone send me in circles & not review my chart properly... I finally got in touch with a man named Adam...This man is a god sent, so helpful, very caring, and willing to do whatever he can to help you! If you ever have to deal with the Thomas Agency I highly suggest asking to speak to ADAM!!

I received a phone call from princess for a debt that is not mine. They keep calling my number and are ignorant, rude and total trailer trash. princess said I will end this call as I kept trying and I said go ahead and make sure you call the right number for the right person next time.

This place has no morals or respect. My wife had cancer and they harassed her over a $40 co pay bill that she owed. They talked down to her while in recovery. Absolute scumbags that work at this place.

Businesses be ware!!! I have been trying to pay a debt. I have set up auto payments for over a year as well as making additional payments when my income allowed. They did not send the funds to the correct account. They have left bills on file they should paid. They have left items I asked to be paid unpaid and it has effected my credit score. Not all people want to fight.
Their communication style is truly, as an other reviewer said " trailer trash". Everyone is a supervisor. You should be aware they do not put the money on the bills as agreed. I believe there are more reputable companies out there with better educated staff.

They call me incessantly for Chelsea Clark because she has outstanding debt. Do I look or sound like Chelsea? This company is clueless and I've reported them to CFPB

They hold a large portion of medical bill collections, I've tried contacting them at least a dozen times, I've always left voicemails and I never get calls back. How can I pay back my debt and improve my credit score if they NEVER call back?

These people constantly call my cell phone asking for a Carter Montgomery who is someone I do not know. This has been going on for two, possibly three years now. Today (05DEC2017) I received FIVE calls in a row from this agency and when I finally picked up the phone on the fifth time, nobody was on the other side of the line. Haven't heard from them so far for the rest of the afternoon.

Yes they are a collections agency however they are super nice and very helpful and they don't call 24/7....

I have continuously been paying my account off and even attempted to pay the entire balance off, but for some reason, their system never updates. Be sure to double check your balance monthly or you will pay much more than you owe! I believe it's an honest mistake, but not one I'm ok with them making repeatedly.

Never been treated so horribly by a Company in my life... If you were smart you wouldn t pay them a red CENT! Paying them does absolutely NOTHING for you. Just makes them tons of COMMISSIONs when they buy these debts for INSANELY LOW prices. ROBBERY!!

the person i spoke with on the phone is extremely rude and not helpful. did not give me any directions/guidance for me to try fix my bills. hire better people who knows insurances and how to fix issues.

Tried contacting this company THREE times just to inquire about their debt collections services. First two times i never got a call back and the third time i got hung up on. Doesn't seem like they are a trustworthy company and their customer service is awful. Don't waste your time.

They said my husband had u paid bills and was in debt I gave them the last of his ssi number and denyed me then want to act all tuff when I get upset I'm 28 years old and they act like I'm a child kind weird

I receive calls from this agency at least once a week looking to collect debt for someone whom is not at my number. I've told them several times that the person they're looking for cannot be reached at my number but they keep calling anyway. This has been going on for close to a year now.

Ok I get you need to confirm who is calling or who you are talking to, but it goes both ways and if you are not careful no one will for you, there are other ways to confirm a person's identity especially when they are calling you to find a way to make a settlement I do not feel safe giving you my social security number or even just the last four digits I have called plenty of other places and they have other options I work with a company where I used other option to confirm who the client is..

Very polite and professional. It's never easy dealing with collectors but these folks were a decent as they could be. I had been laid off and they helped me manage a payment schedule I could live with. They have never pressured me or been anything but 100% professional.

I had a negative experience with them, they are a collection agency. So what positive points could there be? I had a bill from a hospital. I contacted the hospital and setup a weekly payment plan, which I was honoring. All of the sudden, I start receiving phone calls from these people, from which they showed very little education or breeding. They refused to even consider my side of the story. They were very nasty on the phone. They were invited not to call back. They reported me and my debt to the credit agencies. The hospital and this agency care only about money. They should be placed in a cash-free limbo. And left to rot.

This is an absolutely horrible company who will harass you instead of trying to work with you. The company needs to be shut down. Don't bother trying to dispute anything because they won't even look into it. I have some medical bills and called the medical facility to set up a payment plan and offered to send them so much money a month. They refused saying they had to go through an application process and that they would decide how much I will pay. They sent everything to this horrible company who now harassed me with phone calls constantly. I think it is time to contact an attorney and the Better Business Bureau against this company.

Liars. Called and told me they sent out two notices to my address that got sent back to them for blood work a year prior I never got done. They wouldn't provide me more information without me providing my social security, nice try, I reported them and will be pursing this. Very unprofessional lady I spoke with who argued with me about how they aren't a "scam agency," but wouldn't give me information. If they aren't sure who I am when they call me then they have no business calling me. Furthermore, I think I would of gotten a bill from wherever I supposedly got blood work done before getting supposed notices from this collection agency.

When working out a plan to pay off debt I found those I spoke to helpful and courteous. The agent I spoke to actually worked out a payment so I could pay less per month than I had planned, making bugeting easier. Over all their professionalism and willingness to work out a plan that met my needs made the experience far better than I could have hoped for.

I called about a bill I recieved two days in a row at 6:30 pm, on their letter it says that they are open 'till 7:30, their answering machine says they are open 'till 8. Even though I called at 6:30, the answering machine picked up saying I had called past buisiness hours. So I waited for a call back the day after, and they never called back. One more day goes by and they call me back, it was a machine and not a real person, so I called and got to talk to a real person, who HUNG UP on me! Not impressed with the level of unprofessionalism.

I have tried to get them to send me an invoice of my total owed and they will not. They ask for people to send them money blindly? Mhm, sure ok.

Please don't even try to solve your debt issues with the company if it has been a while since it was first reflected. Unless you are "setup" in a payment plan early on in the debt than they will not draft a pay for delete letter to have it wiped from your credit. A paid in full balance transaction isn't a guarantee to help with your credit score.

Some people go through hardships and cant even do the payment plans let alone take another call from a company that harasses you via phone calls. When you come out of a hardship and are trying to steer the ship out of bad credit you would expect a company to work with you when you're the one to call on them.
