I had a negative experience with them, they are a collection agency. So what positive points could there be? I had a bill from a hospital. I contacted the hospital and setup a weekly payment plan, which I was honoring. All of the sudden, I start receiving phone calls from these people, from which they showed very little education or breeding. They refused to even consider my side of the story. They were very nasty on the phone. They were invited not to call back. They reported me and my debt to the credit agencies. The hospital and this agency care only about money. They should be placed in a cash-free limbo. And left to rot.
