Why are you guys still not giving out change we have to stand in a extra long line I work in retail and we get change from the bank with no problem you guys are keeping alot of money cause people do not want to stand in that line SHAME on you

It was okay. I went for a late night drink with friends on a Saturday but the restaurant and bar closed at 11pm.

The best casino to win but the perks not the best and love the free parking

Small little casino comfy too but the area is so drab and boring. Not worth the travel unless you know someone near by.

There are no tables in the casino. The slot machines offer some variety. Parking is free.

I never win in this place. And I spend thousands every week. But I wont be back. Through with Jacks casino 4 good.

Great place to go and meet people, enjoy a meal or a drink, and gamble for more money. They have great member events and constantly give freeplay out.

For my first time going it was cool, I won a little and lost a little, real costly on a lot of stuff but I did enjoy myself, just not the greetings of the gaurd, kinda rude but not rude where you want to leave or slap him, I do feel this place needs to work on customer service and how they handle people coming into the place, I know Im young and young oeople always want to sneak in somewhere but Im 21 which is a legal age of adulthood so no matter what you should still talk kindly to anyone regardless of your position but good place though over all, better than downtowns casino

If you aint got the money to lose dont go here I been to every casino in ohio and slots are tight if your going to get out the house then not bad

The casino is now amazing. The renovations are great, the new restaurants and bars, parking deck are a great addition.

Jack thistledown the wonderful place to go when you just want to hang out with your girlfriends sit back and relax listen to some music jazz a fast upbeat you want to get your workout on go to Jack's Casino Jack thistledown Casino the slot machines they have a pretty nice but I really love the music the people are very friendly there the food is wonderful and you get to meet and greet people from all over and they're very nice keep up the good work Jack thistledown and by the way if you ever go visit please stop by in the back area where the other fries and burgers for 799 it is great seasoned fries are 299 or a dollar but don't quote me on it just go there and eat them who will be like oh my God this is so awesome so this will Jack doesn't get thumbs up for me want to go out hang out with your friends and just have a nice time in the chair down go to Jack thistledown you won't regret it keep up the good work.

Very nice. But way too hot in the party room. And way too far of a walk to get there from the garage.

The bar didn't have the proper glasses for the drinks..

Now this place is great I got to learn new things.my friend put in and not his card and had a come up. Once I put my card in I lost cash.

It's a Casino and also a club is present. Didn't like the Club due to the volume of Young Adults standing around on the dance floor.

Hard to win anything here. Slot machines are very tight

It was nice but it seems as though they've slowed down on their cleaning efforts. I didn't see any of the team members on the floor wiping down machines as they have been when they first reopened. Keep your masks and at least 2 pair of gloves handy.

If you're a gambler. Check this place out sparingly. Very easy to get addicted. Currently a c member and the vip services are not worth the amount of points you have to gamble. VIP benefits are pretty complicated even after you get the pamphlets. VIP trip line also doesn't maintain good communication about trips.

I enjoyed my time but you guys should have drink stations. I did not see a drink waitress come around at all.

Just watched 3rd race on 7/24/19.
In my opinion the track cheated by taking down the 7. As if the 4 had right of way.
Will never spend one cent there again.

I had purchased a latte and as I hadn't finished it I took it in with me. I was told I couldn't take it in with me. As I paid $4 for the drink and had donated money as a regular customer at Jack I was shocked at the rude treatment and left and will never go back. I sent in a complaint and have been told this policy has changed, I will never go back.

Couldn't believe how nice casino was inside and out.
Would have given 5 stars had I won some $$$

Can never win here, so I stopped going and went to the Rocksino. I rated it so high because the actual casino isn't bad. Nice selection of eateries. There aren't any table games but the slots are a plenty. Very tight slots though, but it's a casino so don't go in expecting to win.

Ask yourself this question, how did they build everything so fast? Because the payout rate is small, while the house intake is vast.

Rude employees don't speak when spoken to. Machines don't even payoff enough to let you play.

Too Smokey they need better air filters I don't smoke I smelled the smoke soon as I got out of my car in the parking lot it was disgusting

went here to get a resturant gift card which they didnt have, had a not cheap beer at the bar in a plastic cup and when my boyfriend and i left some gross old man started heckling us, none of the staff there did anything. as we left i told the gaurd at the door. she then asked us to stay there while she got her manager so we could tell them. we just left, this is a good metaphor for what this place is like and why its so dead

Better than downtown location. Ample parking lots of food choices

It's a lil far to travel if your on the east or west side of Cleveland...but nice place to hang every now and then...I'm not much of a gambler so in not a place for me...

Machines are tight too many promotions not enough jackpots winners losers only get 3or 5 dollars on promotional tabs give people a chance to get their money back all the promotions sucks

love this place and the entertainment. .I have won money a few times here.

Only have slot machines and they don't ever seem to pay out! As a smoker it's nice that they have a smoking section
