Great staff and an even better selection of slots. Need to re-open pasta / pizza place, the hamburger joint is slow and quality is getting poor.

Like it because close to home, this was the first time I got my money back.

We like Jack more than Hard Rock on Friday and Saturday evenings. It feels more relaxed and slots don't seem as tight.

Much better than the cleveland downtown location. Still wasn't impressed

Friendly staff, but machines were anything but friendly. Didn't try any food, so can't comment on that.

Enjoyable outing, relaxing time, it doesn't take a lot of money, dancing, (I like to watch & laughter at others), & free refreshments

I like Jack's Racino for entertainment and outings but they need to start back with the give aways again and more free play. Where's the free play?

If you like horse racing, you will like Jack. Slots, live racing, off track race betting.

It was ok but I'm not a gambler so it was interesting

I love the racing but Friday night I had the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I Ordered the 12 wing dings for 11.99 ate the at 3am I said to my girl these taste weard we both still ate them and we got FOOD POSIONING FROM IT IM STILL USING THE BATHROOM FROM IT AND GOT A FEVER AFTER 24hours.

However, Very hard to get a beverage here without going upto a bar. If the bar is closed...your "Parched"...S.O.L..lol

It was truly a Great time! Clean. Safe. Nice surroundings but mainly because I came out ahead!

Barmaid was rude and we waited patiently for 30 minutes then our drinks we're horrible

was there last night and I had the worst service in the food section, i ask the cashier (LUC)to call the manager and he told me that he was the manager and nobody was above him
Is sad that incompetent people get to work behind a cashier
But more sad that JACK CASINO doesn t provide a good training to the people who work there on how to treat a customer

It took an hour to get our food at the restaurant, and I needed a new card and all my promotions were wiped out.

Need to do way more with the horse racing if it wasn't for thistledown they would not have been there

Waited over 30 minutes for a beverage. Not even busy. Twice!!

Had a fun time with my sister tons of slots available no table games.

Went a couple times to hang out, pretty decent, had a nice time. Downstairs area is nice, but upstairs where the horse racing takes place is an absolute disaster; couldn't believe I was in the same facility. Not a fan of horse racing anyway, so I'll give the casino area/atmosphere a good rating as being a decent place to hang out on occasion.

Worst experience ever. Only way to get a drink is to order it from a machine. Good luck getting one. Was there 2 hours and drink never came. When asked employees on the floor on how to get a drink they all played dumb. Went to the roped off bar and ask for help and the guy said you have to be at a machine. Hope MGM will be better when they reopen.

on june 3rd 2019 i went to mill creek for take out it took 2.5hrs to be serviced once food was bagged after being left on counter before bagging and given to me burnt and ice cold i asked for supervisor only to have one call another and take the same food put it in portion containers nnd reheated and given back to me once home i took pictures how nasty can that be what a shame all the money i spend wasted even with the comps i still paid for it i even addressed the issue of having it cooked fresh think they would i will never go back this is my third bad experience ask september supervisor and dont rememeber the other one she will know

I enjoyed myself here. Plenty if parking even on a busy night. Had good food and drinks and I had fun on the video lottery terminals. Bring cash because the cash advance and ATM withdrawal fees are high here as expected. I will come visit again soon.

I recommend Jack thistledown Racino is very pleasant very clean elderly disabled people's are always there I mean if you disable get out and go have fun spend a little bit of money just to go please yourself to have fun go enjoy yourself I did

Last few times of being there, I have walked out pissed off over something the workers there have done. The most recent time was this evening as I step outside in the parking deck to smoke while I'm waiting for my friend to come out, I get stopped by security and asked to remove my hand from my jacket pocket. Now mind you it is 30 degrees out and I don't have gloves so I did what I was asked and then he asks if I have been inside gambling and I replied yes and then he asks if I have been drinking for which I answered no and that I don't drink! Apparently you are not allowed to walk to your vehicle with your hand in your pocket and smoking a cigarette to which the security guard says I need to quit smoking! First off I will smoke if I want and it's none of your business if I do! secondly I truly feel that I was questioned because I am a white person and you are picking on me because of my color! so I have decided to never return to either of the Jack(ass) casino's. In my opinion since they did all of the improvements they have tightened the machines up to pay for said improvements anyway, and quite frankly I am tired of spending almost $1,000 a week and not getting anything in return including play time! Stay away from this place especially if you are white they will play the Prejudice card!

It is just ok, I do not gamble a lot but they did not really have a variety of slot machines. Do not eat at the restaurants go to the bar instead or else you will wait an hour for something basic.

Horrible payouts, very dirty, been to many casinos and never witnessed where it's ok for people to leave there garbage by the machines, let alone eating there dinner at the machines and then playing while they're eating, very unsanitary to do, and the staff just allows it..The staff is very unprofessional, and very slow..My advice is try your luck at the hard rock..The 2 stars is for the indoor parking garage..hope they get their act together..

Enjoy this casino! Only complaint is the location of the smoking patio. Hard to get through all the dancers to get back there sometimes. Otherwise, a lot of great games.

We found the staff to be courteous, informative and polite, the facilities are interesting and we had a very enjoyable afternoon.

My husband and I were there last night and on Friday. We normally always go to Hard Rock because I love the atmosphere there but we decided to start going back here because you build your tier points faster at Jack. But I think after yesterday we will start going back to Hard Rock. The staff at the food place that take your order are extremely rude, every single time like your bothering them. I had asked questions about comp points and regular point. The girl at the register could not answer and the manager she brought up had no idea. Her excuse they dont normally work there. But you would think everyone that works there should be able to explain thier policies. After that they get another manager who says comp points can only be used on food, not the other points. So what do you use the other points for? Still have no idea? Also its getting so dirty cups and bottles everywhere. The smoking area is disgusting cigarettes put out all over every trash can. No ashtrays and you can never get a machine out there. Plus you can barley get through all the people dancing to walk back there. Machines do pay out but is it worth all the attitude and dirtiness from there
