Love the food. I really don't win anything from the slots

Way too many people considering the current state of the world. No room for social distancing. Card didn't work tried to get a new one at kiosk and ended up being directed to customer service counter where the line was 10 -15 people long and they were maybe 2 feet apart. I won't be back for a long, long, time.

Lost $80...I ain't mad cause that was my limit and a small thing to a giant.

Staff is friendly & helpful. Not as Gliltzy as Hard Rock Casino but more of a neighborhood feeling. It's Great!

They keep the place very clean considering the traffic through there. Also the food choices have improved drastically and are very good.

Terrible service, how can they not have enough people working, all the money they have coming in? Even at the Burger Bar 50 minute wait! No one taking orders for 20 minutes this is Crazy Nuts, get it together Jack! Came to Milcreek Grill twice, bad service,! HARD ROCK HERE WE COME!

Fun place Thursday to Sunday. Don't like to gamble but the atmosphere is good

Worse casino I Have been to lately. Its a lie about free play when you get a new card. I was told only if you havent been to any casino before! What the hell is that! Had to pay $4 for two cokes and they were flat.....got our money back....but went without a drink because no hostess to be seen on the floor. Machines were ok but we didnt stay long because of the drinks and no free play as promised. It was an hour away I will go to Rocksino or Mountaineer at least they have drinks and freeplay! Oh and no bar could make a daquiri and the bar maid didnt know how to make a fussy navel.....really....that is pathetic! Dont waste your time! Sad but true!

Great Casino. New addition of parking lot is Great! I hope they expand even more. We always eat at the restaurant because the food is so good!

Didn't see as many attendants wiping down machines as I have at the Jack in downtown Cleveland. In a few areas, the traffic flow didn't allow for great social distancing.

So sick of coming for free gifts and you get there and they are always out of the gifts and their is still 2 hours left of the time to of been there why send me reminder of a gift and always be out of them very dissapointed travel all the way from downtown clevland for nothing again so over it and i gamble at racino all the time for hours on top of hours

They don't have many perks... You have to spend a lot to get free play... BIG huge Warehouse... Didn't like it... Not friendly unless you had big bucks!

No table games. Just slots. Food is just Ok, nothing special.

WOW. As a long time resident of Cleveland it is great to see THISTLEDOWN go through the amazing transformation. I was here earlier this year (2016) and it was pretty basic. JACK has transformed it to something I will enjoy spending time & money at. Cant beat the new free parking garage. Adds that extra feel of security. Hoping to see some changes for the Railbirds. I am new at betting, and more betting machines outside would be nice and race schedules/race programs with rider, horse, race times need to be more available to spectators & gamblers. Perhaps some servers few umbrella covered tables would add to the experience as well. But overall a damn good time. American Burger could highly improve as customer service was horrible. AB should possibly hire more experienced staff as I could see its location next to the Pavilion could get very busy.

The promotion desk help sucks. As much money as I have lost in this place they couldn't figure out how to help me. I won $30 of free play for the Winter Wonderland game in December and I did not receive my $30 the promotion desk told me they could not help me. I don't think I will be back here

I miss the club that they used to have in there now it's just a regular casino. Bring the club back.

I m giving a 2 star only because I see a big difference from 2 weeks ago, when the casino first reopened since Covid-19 shut down, when it first reopened I could see sanitizing being done, the entrance was roped off , you could only enter and exit one way, sanitizer dispensers were filled up, but last night I didn t feel safe or protected, no one was wiping down machines, a lot of sanitizer dispensers were empty, some machines were not 6 feet apart, or spaced 6 feet between each other, I don t feel comfortable, so I won t be returning until I see a change, they haven t even been open a month and I see how relaxed they have become, I m not spending my money where I see they are abiding by the rules the state of ohio has put in place, before the pandemic this was my favorite casino.

Love this place I have been to a lot of these places in the area and by far its fun and the place really does take care of you. Pay outside are nice also better than a lot of other ones.

I love going on Friday nights when they have the Dj playing music from 9-2am. It's always a great time!! As of 11/29/19 they no longer have the DJ on Friday nights. I'm sad to see it go.

This is not for the Casino it self, this is for the incompetent rude waitress, at the Dinner. Not once did she do a check back nor was she friendly. My first time in here and I will most Definitely not be coming back in. Ellen rolled her eyes every time she took someone's order, as she walked away. I'm sadenned being my mother would have liked to come back. Its sad people are so miserable with their own self. :( that it rubbs off. Very Sad.

Jack is doing a great job maintaining social distancing and cleaning the machines. I didn't see anyone without a mask on guest or employee (except me) and I appreciate not being harrassed about not wearing one. I was never in close proximity to anyone else as every other machine is off spacing people apart adequately. My only suggestion and it's highly recommended would be to clear 1 small section of the casino at a time from ALL PEOPLE to effectively complete the mass disinfecting spray of machines. You should not go around asking players one by one to get up and then blast the spray at face level when the player is standing 2 feet away. It was very unprofessional and the spray severely irritated my eyes. I was annoyed further when asked to get up from my chair, (which was damp after) three different times in 30 minutes. I was inadvertently breathing in spray lingering in the air from cleaning the machines around me which irritated my throat as well.
Not such a good experience and quite unprofessional! The machines could have been sanitized more effectively and efficiently, with minimal inconveinece, had you closed off one area of the casino at a time to thoroughly disinfect the entire space without the great risk of spraying the player. But thank you for your diligent efforts to keep us safe

Just because you're using a walker DOESN'T mean you can spunge.. if you NEEDED to go ahead of OTHERS, Maybe you should've came EARLIER.. My money is GREEN just like yours and WE'RE ALL HERE doing the same thing...

Great environment plenty of machines they even had a little Club inside staff was friendly the bathrooms were pretty clean overall had a very good experience here

Good place work,to eat..have fun..meet people..get a drink, have a party..have people just hang out, great place to watch our CLEVELAND TEAMS..or just other games & teams..haa, at any of the two bigger bars..Cleo's or Center bar..Nice atmosphere with food all day..Also you can try your luck & win $$. Staff is good & nice, knowledgeable and helpful.

Fun place. Mostly slot machines. No table games. But they do have a horse track which is cool.

It's as if they have tighten the machines up. Willy Wonka hasn't been paying out anything hardly at all...

My Mom is a Supervisor there, and this is one of my favorite dishes.

I just wish that they wouldn't Insult me with 5 dollars in free play every 2 weeks. I spend more than that.

Great variety of slots. Friendly staff and customers. Pretty much the only Casio I go to any more. I enjoy my time there.
