This place is truly shocking. I walk past the Parkshot entrance every day, and every day the street is lined with litter and old food packaging from their bins. It's truly disgusting. When you call Regus they tell you that it's not their problem or their fault and it's the responsibility of their landlord. Why their customers don't make a fuss I have no idea.

Not the best Regus lounge at all. Small and not very clean with very limited facilities.

Staff are very nice but its the worst business lounge on the circuit. Furniture is a joke and also the ground floor kitchen is frequently in a disgusting state

The worst serviced company ever. The Centre is not welcoming, it feels as if the staff nor the management really cares. Reception staff is not welcoming. All in all, I would not recommend.

Do not rent from this group. I never got a correct invoice, my card details were kept without my permission, payment was taken two weeks in advance, so I cancelled my office space. I had to apply to get my deposit back as this does not happen automatically, and have been three months trying to get my deposit back. I keep getting passed from person to person. The only thing they did quickly and well was sign me up.

Good business lounge. Two pods and a table. Friendly staff. Not such a great coffee accommodation but there is a Starbucks next door and it's right across the station.

The tables and seatings are not conducive to using a laptop, as all are very low so require you to hunch. There is also one USB port for the entire work space.

We have been with Claudia and her brilliant team for 4 years and they have always worked hard to help our business achieve its goals. They take a professional and personal approach rarely seen today. Thank you for providing us with a great office environment and always being responsive when the need arises.
