Do not work with this company. Their customer service is so painfully bad, I spent 7 hours on and off hold with them ON OUR COMPANY LINE trying to resolve something they weren't willing to work to resolve. 7 HOURS of our customers not being able to call our line because they wasted our entire clinical day.
I've been working with ThinkOn for about 5 years. The Sales and Technical Teams are second to none - I highly recommend these guys to any organization for their cloud services regardless of your size. If data residency in Canada is as important to you as it is me then call them today!
Out of all the data centers I have dealt with, these guys are by far the worst.
Simply put they fail all audits 4 times a year. They simply don't care.

Absolute worst customer support system for technical and financial issues. FIVE HOURS I was on hold on the phone with them and they still could not figure out the problem for my business email account. Absolutely disgraceful
