I did the Assistant Real Estate Agent course within 5 days.
Very interesting, the course is running with a proper flow, and it is interacting. We have time to ask questions. The tutors are amazing! Highly recommended!

Just completed my Certificate of Registration course. I chose the 4 Saturdays in room course as I felt it would be better to engage with others in the course rather than completing the course online. Was so fortunate to have Antonella as my trainer and assessor. She s simply amazing with her knowledge, experience and guidance and somehow even managed to make the legislation and regulations bits fun! She obviously loves what she does and it shows!! A well-designed course that balances text material, classroom slides with video presentations. Highly recommended to anyone seeking to do their Certificate of Registration. But do it soon as the competency units will increase in March 2020 so might take longer to complete after then.

I have previously attended inhouse training with Think Real Estate and found it extremly good, this time i was unable to attend classes to renew my certificate that i had let lapse and so chose this company again due to the resources and support that they provide .When you do the course by the internet ON line can be good but where you are relyIing on accuracy for answers and need support you should go to this company as the service that they provide is amazing .
I am sure that all the staff are all good but would like to mention in particular Antonella who brought a smile to an old guys face as she assisted walking me through this course she was amazing .Naturally i would highly recommend this company

I normally don't like doing online courses but the team and Think Real Estate were really helpful from the get-go and made it easy. From the first inquiry I received help with choosing which course I needed to do plus I had loads of on-going support when it came to completing my course, the team were great! I chose to do the online training and feel I have made a mistake. I am not sure if it the problem of Think Real Estate or the the Regulation around industry training but the online course assessments are repetitive. You are repeatedly asked the same questions in a slightly different format to elicit the same answer. To give an example, i am completing assessment 2 of CPPREP4002 - Access and interpret ethical practice in real estate - the instructions are to Access the Legislation in order to provide my answers but the very next subject is CPPREP4003 - Access and interpret legislation in real estate. Its repetitive in the extreme.

Completing courses online can be daunting but the Tutors and staff at Think Real Estate guided me through, clarified and answered all my questions and ensured I understood each unit. They were extremely helpful and provided a lot of guidance along the way. Thank you

It was an extremely thorough and detailed Certificate of Registration course. Antonella was a fantastic assessor. She was insightful, helpful, knowledgeable and always easily reachable to give guidance if it was needed on the more complex aspects. I am extremely thankful to Think Real Estate for their exquisite and professional guidance in the completion of my Certificate of Registration . I would like to thank Antonella Papadimitriou, my Trainer and Assessor, for being abundantly patient and offering her hands-on experience whenever I was looking out for directions. Though, I have had fairly decent exposure in Real Estate back home in India, knowledge and gaming in the industry here in Australia is entirely different and I cannot thank myself enough for bumping into Brian Cannan, CEO, Think Real Estate, at one of these orientation programmes.

Think real Estate has essentially designed the online course in a very comprehensive way which makes sure that a candidate finds it straightforward, effortless and efficient by the end of the course. The course is compact and necessarily covers all aspects of the Real Estate industry while you are equipped with the right kind of information.

Very impressed with the course and the assistance received from the staff from signing up to completion.

A few of my friends were commenting how easy the course is, but I must say... It's not easy as it is long and requires an abundance of reading and understanding. But I got so much feedback on questions that I did, that required more information. And going back on that question, I realised what I missed and the correct angle to answer it. Overall, I have learnt so much from it... highly recommend chipping away at it a bit each day, because it does require attention to detail and focus. Overall, I would recommend this particular course to others as it has descriptive videos that are easy to follow, AND descriptive pdf's that are also easy to follow. Overall I finished this course in about 2 months, including going away on holidays for 14 days too!

I attended the 5 day intensive real estate licence course at Think Real Estate Kograh in November 2019.
I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful from beginning to end. I would especially like to thank Lizzie Hyland, who was my point of contact from the beginning. She was very supportive responded to any queries I had in a prompt and friendly manner.
I was very happy with the course, which was fully completed within the 5 days. The trainers, in particular Andrew Coulson, were very knowledgeable, personable and were excellent teachers.
I would highly recommend the 5 day intensive course to any agent looking to complete their real estate licence.

Fantastically set up and effective training company. Highly knowledgeable staff who helpful and want you to succeed. I have just completed by Certificate of Registration course with Think Real Estate and I have no hesitation to recommend this course for any one wanting to complete such a course. The material has been very comprehensive and presented in very interesting and easy to understand way. The video segments that go along with the various modules are very well compiled and provides the perspective that is necessary to fully understand the key concepts and legislation relating to Sales and Property management. The Assessments at the end of each module provide a good pulse check to assess the understanding of the lesson. The role plays at the end of the course also provide a real life experience of what it means to be a Real Estate manager, dealing with the various challenges and conflict management situations that one faces on a day to day to basis.
Besides the education material which has been top notch, the assistance provided by the Think Real Estate staff is second to none. There was constant encouragement and very helpful guidance all through the course to be able to navigate the course material and also come out successful through the Assessments.
Overall, it has been a very enjoyable experience and I feel like there has been real value added to me by completing this course.

I enrolled an online course of Certificate of Registration and I absolutely loved it! The website was so easy to use yet designed to cover all the requirements the users need. The videos in the each chapter were so enjoyable to watch and focused on what we need to know. The assessments were also very practical and fun to learn like I was already in the real world. Then the assessor, Antonella, was so responsive to my assessments and gave me the right directions and encouragements on every assessment. I was hooked on the course and I was able to complete within a couple of weeks (mainly on weekends)! Thank you Think Real Estate! I would 100% recommend to all the people who wish to obtain the certificate as well as practical knowledge of the real estate industry!

After 20 years as a project accountant, I decided to pursue my passion in real estate and was searching for a team that would make this new beginning for me as easiest as possible. I called a couple of other places first, but I did not get the same feel as I did with Think Real Estate. They were very informative and consistent from day one! I chose to attend the four-day course as I thought this would suit me best. To be honest with you, I didn t know what to expect, but I was very pleasantly surprised as they certainly had my full attention. I was highly recommended to do my real estate training with Think Real Estate Courses & Training for the Certificate of Registration, the entry level for Real Estate Training. I did the weekend courses over four Saturdays and had the opportunity to have Ms Antonella as the trainer. She was a great trainer and made the whole training a very informative and enjoyable experience. The other students were also great and managed to have lots of sharing and exchanging of ideas and information. I would highly recommend Think Real Estate if you want to pursue a career in this industry. You will get quality training and the trainers have years of experience in this field.

The online training materials and tutorials were outstanding, doing the course online can at times seem daunting and you need that little extra motivation to get through.
