Bobbi, I just finished the free webinar on "12 Surefire Ways to Protect Your Reputation Webinar" and I will be signing up for the next ones. The presentation by Torrey Gage was informative and well done. . . Ironically, I had a webinar this morning with my manufacturer, where the speaker read the slides to me, I was having difficulty focusing. This was engaging and....That's it! You and Mike are sitting down next week to go over our strategies, there is simply so much more that we should be doing.

One strategy that I will definitely implement is a personal hand written note, I write thank you letters all the time, but never considered it in a business setting.

Think Big Go Local recently created a Messenger Bot for my law practice and it has been the best investment yet. Specifically, Think Big Go Local created a QR code for my direct marketing letters that potential clients receive in the mail. The QR code allows potential clients to instantly scan the code and connect with me directly thru my Facebook Business page.
The messenger bot allows both new and current clients to interact with my business, getting answers to theirs question, all the while I am busy in court. The messenger bot has increased my sales and allowed me to gain new clients each and every month.
