Great company! A customer got behind on payments. When the owner of Thibodeaus learned the customer was very sick with cancer he resolved all the debt and helped them. never asked for anything in returned and never told anybody. only a few employess knew.

Beware that's all I have to say. If you make a deal with them keep an eye on this company I think you will find that they are not completely true to there clients. Please do some research before agreeing to a contract.

If you can use another Ice Cream vendor I would. They consistently lets us down every season. We don't receive full orders, not showing up to take orders, and they seem to completely over-promise and always under deliver. Unfortunately, they are our only option for ice cream.

This is a distribution company that you can not visit? I m thinking these reviews come from drivers that drop off product? These drivers sit in their truck and we unload then they leave. How can you possible have a bad experience?

One review talks about enter into contract? What contracts? We don t even have any I m assuming they have the wrong place.

The one store that gave us a real poor review is a seasonal account. I feel terrible that they had a bad experience but it s almost impossible to get an order for seasonal shops that open late and close early unless they call in orders. Our sales people start at 6am and get done around 5-6pm long hours and many miles. Product outs during summer in the ice cream industry does happen but are because the manufacturers are out not us.... we keep a 97% fill rate. Still sorry that they Viewed us this way.
