Honestly, one of the best restaurants ever. Very varied menu, excellent prices for portions, extremely tasty food, and a cute, on-point atmosphere. I love it.
In regards to some of the other reviews, it is true, there are some nights with staff who are not super friendly nor chatty. Not sure why.

When I placed my order I could hear a cat meowing in the background. The person on the phone confirmed that yes it was a cat. When we went to pick up the food my husband could hear the cat meowing inside the restaurant. We called and reported it to public health, they said they would send a health inspector but we never heard back. It s been a month and I have just been informed I have a tapeworm... I was the only one to order sashimi. I used to love this place but now I will never return. I know this sounds like trolling but I m 100% being honest about my experience with this restaurant. Do not eat anything raw from there and beware of what meat you are getting.
This has been a favourite of mine for s long time but something is up . No liquor licence as it had expired and when I asked for black tea they had none. Only pop , water or coffee . I know the one in Kanata closed so I really hope this is not going to happen here. Only 3 tables including ours .
Wasn't the greatest. The food was good, but they didn't have any alcohol because their license was expired. And when we ordered dessert they came back and said that they didn't have either of them. It was really quiet though, and we were able to sit and talk for a long time.
Thi Fusion is conveniently located near a Canadian Tire, Rona and Party City. The atmosphere is very relaxing with nice decor and the servers are very attentive. They have a glassed in patio for your enjoyment. It is a very busy intersection that does not affect your dining experience (sometimes they need to be reminded to turn up the music while dining on the patio). This is by far the best Pad thai that we have ever had. A friend originally brought us to the Barrhaven location (this one is much cosier) and we really enjoyed that we were able to choose the amount of heat (0 to 10) for the Pad thai. The tofu, egg, carrots and bean sprouts (choice of meat, seafood or vegetarian) combined with all of the spices is worth the trip. We also tried the Shrimp and Chicken Rice Wraps served with a side of delicious peanut sauce. For our Sweet Temptation, we had the Crispy Banana Rolls with Mango Ice Cream. The plating of this dish is pleasing to the eyes. We look forward to coming and trying some more Wok or Flair dishes along with their Green Tea Cheesecake.
Update:
We stopped in because of the sign out front advertising the egg coffee. Wow! am I ever impressed. It is worth coming in to try and a little on the pricey side yet so worth every penny.
The menu has changed some. There are no more flair dishes, the salads have been scaled down to only a house salad and a few new dishes have been added to the menu. They also have a lunch menu.
The soups are delicious and the lunch portion is very generous. We will definitely be heading here again at lunchtime.
Never order take out. The calamari was a joke. It was fried to the point that the calamari looked like straw. Husband ordered beef pho with "thinly sliced beef" got gigantic chunks of fatty meat. The calamari though $10 wasted check the photos. Yikes. Will never go here or order from here again.
I used to order pho and sushi from this place through skip. Unfortunately they've increased their prices on lots of things and significantly reduced the portion sizes. Smallest sushi rolls I've seen in my life, literally half the size they used to be. Won't be ordering again.
Went there on a Friday night.. quite busy with only 2 servers and 1 hostess. Hostess did not tell us who our server would be, nor did anyone acknowledge us for so much as even a drink order for a solid 25 minutes. I gave them another 3 minutes then we took our appetites and money across the street to Boston pizza. Peering around the restaraunt other tables I would say maybe a quarter of the tables had food after our 25 minute wait.. not at all impressed. I've been to this location one time previously and enjoyed the pad thai. This evening my rating of this establishment just nose dove from a 4 out of 5 to a very gracious 2 for the reasons mentioned above.
I always enjoy this location, much better than the Barrhaven one. Definitely not the cheapest pho place, but the food is excellent and atmosphere a higher caliber than most pho restaurants.
Used to be one of my favorite restaurants but will never eat from here again. Got take out tonight and it was an overall bad experience. Portion size was tiny, part of my order was missing, and the taste and quality of the food was unbelievably poor. So disappointing.
Service can be hit or miss but I really love the food. I might actually be addicted to the rice paper wraps and peanut sauce! I try to go here every chance I get!
We've been going for years and never had anything but a great experience. The food and service are equally exceptional. I always recommend it when dinner out is being discussed.
Its tough to bring foods of multiple Asian countries under one roof and do it successfully. This place can do it. Have had sushi, wok dishes, pho, ...so good. Reasonable prices and really cool interior. Staff services was great too.
Vietnamese wings (recommend by waiter) were the bomb and under 10$. Everything else we had was on point, great service and atmosphere. Drove past this place for years and should have stopped earlier. Had rice paper rolls, maki and sashimi and a great vermicelli dish. Recommend for sure.
Average thai fare mixed in with some sushi/Vietnamese and Canadian options. Food is good, but lacks the suttle flavors typically found in good Thai restaurants. Food was also very greasy
I really enjoyed the vegetarian pad thai. I would absolutely go back. I can't remember the server's name but she had such an amazing, personable yet calm demeanor. Thanks!
Used to frequent this place as a favorite. The sushi chef was very good. Excellent presentation and well made rolls. The service staff was attentive and friendly. After a while the amount of servers dropped and the business seemed to slow down. The sushi chef was replaced with someone much younger and with less experience. The food has always been pretty good for the price. Decent beers on tap. Nice decor with comfortable booths. Worth checking out.
Good, but not great. Multiple tables were left dirty after guests had left long after their meals. Food tastes good, but is a little bit expensive for simple dishes.
Had an absolute AMAZING experience here. The staff was so accommodating even though we came close to the closing time. Food was awesome as you can see in my pictures, not only was it very tasty but also plated beautifully. I'm definitely going to go back there when I get a chance :)
My guest and I arrived and we were the only ones there. We asked to sit in the patio. You better be an Elvis fan because that's all they played, and loud. The appetizers arrived but we didn't get napkins, cutlery or plates for another 14 minutes when the mains arrived and we asked for plates The sushi is terrible. Save your money, don't go to a fusion, go to an actual sushi restaurant We asked for our bill and we waited twenty minutes. The whole time we were the only ones on the patio. I went in to ask again for our bill. I noted only 5 tables with guests. The staff was in a hall between the bar and kitchen on her phone. She seemed surprised I'd ask again for my bill Service was terrible. Food was terrible. Music was terrible. There's a reason this large facility only had us on the patio and five tables inside during peak dining time of 620pm on a Thursday. I do not recommend this
This was my second time at the restaurant. I enjoyed the food and came with some friends today. I was extremely disappointed. The noodles were soaked in the sauce and the sauce had so much cornstarch or something in it that it was congelling on the plate before we even got it. I barely ate half while another didn't even get that far in.
The food is good but they are quite irresponsible in updating hours of operation. I travelled long only to find the hours are changed from 4 to 8. On website and Google it says noon. No one on phone or no option for operating hours. Totally irresponsible restaurant.
Excellent service but the food was terrible, appetizers weren't appetizing, both entrees arrived cold, one had no flavour and the second which was pad thai was just awful. Dishes were sent back, a reorder but the 2nd round was just as bad. This is our 5th time there, all other times were great. Very disappointed.
I have been there a few times and I have to say that I have never had a bad experience. The atmosphere is calm with suttle music in the background. The staff are friendly. The location is clean overall but they should dust a little more around the wall lights. The banana dessert is spectacular. The shrimp rice wraps are lacking shrimp. They appear to be sliced in half and they don't even fill the wrap all the way through. I ordered a shrimp wrap not a vegetable wrap! This is why I gave 4 stars. Please like my review and pictures.
Surprised me. I thought I was going to just another franchise restaurant, as there are so many on that corner, but both the atmosphere and the menu were excellent. Will go again.
Food was great. Nice atmosphere. Good service. Apparently they lost their liquor license and are in the process of renewing it, so we couldn't have wine with dinner. Considering it is advertised as a restaurant/bar/lounge, that's why I gave them 3 instead of 4 stars. I'm sure if they get the license back, it will be a more lively place again.
Amazing service, fast, great ambiance, and very good food. I drive by this place all the time and decided to finally take my wife there and I was very impressed. The food is fresh and healthy, it's unique as well. You do not get this type of food anywhere else and it's well prepared! We had the Greko Salad, one of the most unique salad's i've seen and very tasty. We also had the black bean and coconut curry dishes, both were very good. The services was very good, fast and our server made efforts to actually create positive conversation and made our stay wonderful. We will definitely come back here and if you are into eating healthy (low-carb/paleo) and want good food/service at a decent price this is your place. The fact that it's open until 3 am on Fridays makes it even more attractive.
