I have been there a few times and I have to say that I have never had a bad experience.
The atmosphere is calm with suttle music in the background.
The staff are friendly. The location is clean overall but they should dust a little more around the wall lights.
The banana dessert is spectacular.
The shrimp rice wraps are lacking shrimp. They appear to be sliced in half and they don't even fill the wrap all the way through. I ordered a shrimp wrap not a vegetable wrap!
This is why I gave 4 stars.
