Awesome restaurant. Any time friends come to Long Beach from out of town, I try to bring them here. The food and drinks are a bit expensive, but everything is very good. I always enjoy the food and the selection of beers on tap is incredible. The best part of this place though is the view. The YardHouse is located right on the marina so its a great place to go have a drink and watch the sunset. Highly recommended if you're ever in the Long Beach area.

Awesome waiter.named Shaq....but very slow drink service

While visiting the Long Beach area for a week of vacation, me and my girlfriend decided to try the Yard House for dinner one night. We were immediately impressed by the large menu which offered lots of good choices; on top of that, there was a happy hour special which offers half off apps and drink specials. The service was timely, everyone was polite, and the food arrived quickly. There were lots of TV's everywhere with all sorts of sports on, and a very nice selection of classic rock music playing (a nice change from modern music in most restaurants). I would definitely recommend giving this place a try if you're interested.

Love this bar, so much to choose from and quality beer too. Cool location on the sea front and not far from the Queen Mary. I tried the Sam Adam's Cherry Wheat and loved it.

The worst! My chicken sandwich was wrong then they had me wait 30 minutes to get it replaced. I should have kept the 1st because when they brought my replacement, my chicken was raw and it was still wrong. Will never go back. The manager was worthless and didn't care.

A once great place to eat has now become a very poor quality restaurant. Service was fine, beautiful outdoor patio but the food was terrible. If you enjoy greasy ill prepared junk food this is your place. THEIR food is not close to worth the price. Want a gread place in long beach try any where on 2nd like Nick's, way better.

Great spot for a date! I had the lamb burger, and it did not disappoint. The mule was very quenching, and the service was fantastic. We did have a slow response from our waitress, but when another waiter came over to help us when he noticed this.

Good try for grilled chicken with avocado sandwich. Service is good too but a little bit slow is serving foods.

Jarrett was a phenomenal host! Checked in with us multiple times AND gave us honest, personal recommendations!

Great place to get food or just go straight to the bar like I did. No rush just relax and grab a drink and chill.

Ive never had a bad time at Yard House. What a selection of beer, the food often gets overlooked but it is so good. Must try the onion ring stack, the pizza, the korean ribs! Portion size is great and even though it is always busy, service is great.

Since it's early days I've always loved coming to the Yard House for the good food and the endless beers on tap. This time it was a different story, we came to celebrate a birthday on a Tuesday with a reservation at 7:30pm and weren't seated until around 8:30pm, apparently they goofed on our reservation, it was never entered into the system. The manager apologized and said he would try to seat us quickly well apparently he forgot about us again but pretended he was working on getting us a table. Long story short he did comp our 3 appetizers which was very much appreciated for the inconvenience. Whatever you do DO NOT park at the Shoreline parking lot, unless you don't mind paying $10 WITH validation for 3 hours.

It would have been a pleasant meal. However, the staff disappeared for long periods of time only to get our order wrong or outright forget it. Other tables around us fared far worse with improperly prepared food and long waits. At least our food was eventually enjoyable.

Young waitress Olivia had a terrible attitude when we first arrived. She made me feel like discrimination. I could of acted a fool but instead reported to her manager. Olivia if u dont like your job get another one. Booya

took 45 min. To a hr. For us to get our food (for whatever reason the waitress put it on hold ?????) But the mgr made up for it with free drinks and the food was good.

Thank you so much to the lovely staff that attended to us yesterday. Sandy and Drea and the check in booth were nice enough to accommodate my 9month pregnant belly to a booth even though we were supposed to sit at a high top table, without me even having to ask. Moe had a huge party to help and still managed to make sure we were taken care of as well and thank you to Courtney for being his back up.

Nice and clean. We had a large party and had no problems getting seated within a reasonable amount of time outside. Inside was nice with very spacious. So if you have a large party you can still get a booth. The food was good but the wait staff had a few little problems because the food wasn't really hot but it wasn't cold either

There is a two hour wait ( as expected) but we had a great dinner, with perfect drinks and a beautiful view. Wonderful customer service too .

The food was very nice ... the only issue was the delay of having our order. We ve waited for almost one hour to be seated and another 50min to have our food.

Happy hour m-f 3-6p half off drinks some food. Went for hubby bday.. crowded!! Nice sunset near water. Preparing for Grand Prix..harder to find entrance to shoreline village.

The Yard House had a gluten free menu which is important to us. It was very clean, had a beautiful view and was reasonably priced. The food was delicious, nothing left on the plates. The service was excellent, we never had to ask that our glasses be refilled.

Lots of seating. Also has great views depending on where you sit. They do have many options for appetizers and entrees. The coconut shrimp was excellent!

First time we went here after we were seated 20 minutes went by without anyone talking to us. I finally had to ask if anyone was assigned to our table. The second time we went here we had our names put on the waiting list and were given a pager. After 45 minutes my girlfriend went to ask how much longer the wait would be. They didn't have our name on the list. There won't be a third time. The food was good. Was this just a coincidence? Maybe... but I'm not taking that chance. It's not like there's a lack of other places to eat in Long Beach.

Nice atmosphere, busy, but fun. Price v. portions makes it seem a little like a tourist trap.

I visited Yard House in late October with a couple of friends. Loved this place! We were sitting outside and the view and atmosphere were beyond any words. The food was tasty and the staff was efficient and friendly. If you are visiting Long Beach, then this is a place to go for a nice meal or drink.

Rib-eye Steak & Shrimp did not disappoint. Chicken Fried Steak was dry & overcooked. Could not cut into it & the veggies were cold. In their defense, it was Labor Day Weekend & extremely busy. Normally Yard House is a 5. Maybe just a one off.

We eat here frequently, entertain guests here, and are frequently motivated by their eMail specials. The views of the boats anchored in the bay and the city are a feast for the eye and a great place to watch the sun set. Their spirits menu is comprehensive and the menu includes a plethora of options. Food is invariably tasty and arrives prepared like you ordered it. Wait staff is attentive and knowledgeable about menu items. Among the several restaurants in the area, Yard House is typically our 'go to' choice.

After my wife drank her beer there was a piece of celafan at the bottom of her glass. I pointed it out to the lady that delivers the beers. She took it as apologised. I told her that they need to wash the glasses better,

Everything had unique taste which we had ordered, nice arrangement and services from the staff while eating!

Waited over an hour and a half for take-out food which we were told would take 20 minutes. Ridiculous seating restrictions while waiting for the food (we couldn't take up any spots in the restaurant or the bar, we could order a beer but had to stand in the hallway...). Of course, the food was cold and gross by the time we got to eating it. Pass.

Great food but the televisions are entirely to load in there.

Poor waitlist they always say 3 hours regardless of what time of day it is.

Bartender was very nice and friendly however he kept messing up our order . I had ordered some appetizers that never came and had order a meal that also never came finally decided to just close my tap and went elsewhere to get a meal. Drinks and food are great in the Yard house but this particular location is where i experience bad customer service and lack of attendance.

Great location and a really knowledgeable and friendly staff, the menu has many options to appeal to all patrons, great appetizers, full menu, with sandwiches, burger, steak, chicken and of course seafood.

This place is AMAZING! The outside seating boasts a beautiful view and the service is good. But the best part is the food, cocktails and beer choices. We started with the Firestone Double Barrel beer and the Mezcal Cider, which was a lovely smokey tequila drink. We shared a blackened swordfish taco, chopped salad and smokey chicken Gouda flat bread. It was all sumptuous, but the salad was a stand-out with super fresh corn off the Cobb, avocado, celery, onion, tomato, cucumber and Bloody Mary vinaigrette. Then had another beer from the "five unique rotating draft offerings" and a Juniper Fusion for me. This drink was equally as good as the first, but very fresh tasting with fresh cucumber and strawberry mixed with gin. Quite possibly the best salad and drinks I've had in a long time. Since we both HATE chains, this was a very pleasant surprise. Well done Yard House!!

Great service, great food. The bathrooms could have been cleaner and brighter, but it wasn't terrible.

Fun place to go if your in the Long Beach shoreline area. Good food and great beer selection.
