Cool pub. Staff are good alittle attitude however.
Place is constantly busy but that is in favour of the quality of their meals. Honestly we came here alot with a large group and no one was ever anything less than pleased with their meal.

Alot of places to sit and it's a nice casual establishment. You can sit towards the back of the restaurant for a proper sit down restaurant feel or towards the front for more open and casual vibes. Multiple bars to order from.

For general pub fair, the food is pretty good. Been a few times and the standard of service varies. On the last trip, we waited 45 minutes for two schnitzels, and no one mentioned a delay at the time of ordering or at any point. Really disappointing.

Large groups are often quite squished but when I've been with smaller groups its been great
The grill option is amazing as are most their cooked meal however the ceaser salad was quite distasteful, tasted like it had been left out a while or something however that is the one and only food downfall I've experienced here.

Spent Christmas Day here with the family. The team here put on a lovely day, we all pretty bubbly and nice (considering they were working on Christmas!), and the food and service was great.

Stone grill is always amazing, and it's great to have a local place out of the city that takes it seriously. The semi-outside beer garden is also just a nice area with a good vibe for a sneaky few while watching the cricket.

Edit: two subsequent visits have confirmed that my initial experience was a fluke. Not good food and not good service. Potential is there as the place looks nice.

Great food and service. Looks like a good sports bar too but I didn't hang out at that end of the pub.

29/09/18 ate here yesterday for lunch had beef schniity and wife had salt and pepper squid. No bread rolls served. Both mains were ok but chips were only half cooked not much pepper sauce on schnitty. Told waitress and just got a sorry. No offer to give us cooked chips. Have eaten her numerous times always good but not today.

Extensive menu but was amused when our party of 4 were handed 4 obviously Senior/Pensioner menus (which had no mention of being alternatives for Seniors but which were decidedly cheaper) and just 1 regular menu. The lady who booked us in took one look at us & presumed we would prefer the cheaper meals 4 to 1! The 4 of us selected our lunch meal from the regular menu. We all were amused & regardless of how we were being judged, lunch was enjoyable.

The Woodville Hotel is pleasant. I went there on a Thursday night and relaxed watching the cricket. The only thing I would suggest is to position the heaters all around the outside better. My group weren't able to sit near a heater as they were all taken and had to suffice in a spot with pillows. Otherwise, the hotel is well kept and the decor is cool.

We celebrated our annual awards night at the Woodville Hotel and we were so pleased with the amazing service we received on the night. Megan was a fantastic host who went out of her way to be accommodate us, she was extremely attentive and provided wonderful service. The food was up to it's usual high standard, and everybody had a great night.
Would highly recommend !!
