Lovely food and great staff especially Alyssa who went above and beyond to assist us today

What a difference a little renovation can make. The woodville has come a long way.

Not very fun for me give me a decade or so ..good meals tho.

the food is slightly more expensive than most pubs or hotels, but the food makes up for it. they have a variety of alcoholic beverages but still in a setting small enough to be both social and intimate

Took forever for our food to come out when it wasn't busy on a Tuesday night and our garlic bread came out after our mains?! If you wanted a waiter there was no one to be found to serve you. Food was ok, nothing special. Disappointing.

Food was good but not the place for a quiet meal. We will go back maybe not on a Friday night.

wont come again... got ignored by Megan when we first got there.. then she was rude when we were looking for a table... she plodded around like it was just all too hard... not a smile.. made you feel like you shouldnt be there... she needs the big heave ho!!

We had the stone grill steaks, which are not only an experience but were also delicious.

Food is great, unfortunately I don't like being addressed as 'darling', by young female staff. Highly inappropriate.

I just had lunch here: salt and pepper squid with salad! There was a bug in the salad and I showed it to the guy behind the bar. I told them to change the plate but they just got rid of salad and brought me a plate with only squid and never apologised about that crapp! I will never ever go there again! The least thing they could do was to apologise for not washing the salad properly!!

Great food. Great service. We go here at least once a month. Always look forward to our lovely meals.

Well presented Art Deco style with a modern twist, this place is pleasant and well located.

With the choice of casual "beer garden" style casual dining or the more traditional bistro, meals are both generous and great value with a menu that provides reasonable choice.

I found the staff friendly and attentive and the overall atmosphere welcoming.

Would be happy to return and most likely will soon

Wow what a disappointment. From the outside you can tell there has been renovations done and you can see it inside also. Front bar/sports bar. Small and poorly arranged for seating as there was a seat that was in the way of the emterence. Bar staff the lady we got to experience was not friendly, condescending and more interesting in continuing her conversations with the other staff, then you have the betting. There is advertising of keno and keno slips but you need to walk around to one of the other bars to put on a keno. Now for the food; took a while to come out, flood was cold, gravy was horrible. If you're thinking of going here I recommend thinking again.

Quality meals at great prices. The staff were friendly and always ready to do their best to accommodate you. Great setting and a welcoming atmosphere.

You can't beat the stone grill here but last week I had their chicken dish and it came a very close second!

the Lady who works at gaming room on 18/9/19 morning is very bossy and rude. Not friendly at all.

I ordered chicken schnitzel it was really nice and tasty and thick chicken breast. Party of 7 and no complaints about any of the food. All really nice.

A lot of time for the Woody, since renovated a great place to visit for lunch or drinks. Not cheap on the drinks side drops it one star though lunch offerings are pretty well prices and quality good.atmosphere enough to go back anyway.

Food is hit and miss here. Inconsistencies in how the meals are served and made aren't inviting. It's as if the chefs each have their own ideas but that's not ideal for the customer. You should get the same taste and standard every time.

Well you would treat this area as recently gentrified and the pub definitely has taken part in doing so, the outside is a historical architecture whilst the inside is modern and light with friendly service and fantastic food at a great price. Will go again take your family it's quite nice for a function too

Went on a Tuesday night and booked luckily, the place was packed. The bistro has a really nice, modern vibe and the staff are all friendly. They had some good drink specials, and the salt and pepper squid was great. 40 min wait for food but worth it.

The service here is amazing and the stone grills are something to brag about

Enjoyed the atmosphere and staff were great. Cappachino and hot chocolate were good too.

Now fully renovated and still offering their signature stone grill meals.

Very nice. Went for a light lunch. beautiful chicken wrap and they made my mate a fish wrap even when it wasn't on the menu.

It was so good food, our favorite hotel in the area but sadly the food changed for worst. Only salad in the menu is lamb salad or caezar salad and if you want meat free salad you still have to pay full price and you even can't substitute lamb for seafood. Side salad on the side was 4 leaf salad, old and dry without any dressing, very sad. It was 2nd time we got disapointed with 4 diferent meals and if we will come back only under new management. I think the holet will run on good reputation for a while but sooner or later more and more people will get disapointed if nothing chsnge.

Enjoyable snitzel chips n salad. Table for 2 in high traffic area so asked to move.

The chicken breast with camembert and ham with sweet potato mash was delicious. Every one really enjoyed their meals, steaks, pork ribs, fish etc were really good

Friendly staff - nice cars - However didnt appreciate the comment about this will be the last time the car will be this clean - they didnt do a very good job themselves - I think the person who took it in For Sale cleaned it themselves. So they didnt bother going over it - found all sorts of things under the seats - and had to re-wash the window that had the price on so on off of it - however Im very happy with my purchase..

Booked a table for 6.30pm tonight. We were eagerly awaiting to eat their seafood menu. My wife waited 15 minutes inline to be served. The bartender noticed and acknlowedged her as being next inline to be served , when another patron jumped the queue exoecting to be served before my wife. Bartender proceeded to serve this person knowing she jumped the queue. In my opinion thus is terrible customer service. The funny thing about this us this lady had a half price voucher and we were full oaying customers. Not going back thankyou, i can see why this place has a bad reputation. We left and now eating at a pub not far down the road.

Went for lunch and had the beef snitzel....l must say 10 out of 10....was the nicest snitzel l have had in a long time....well done chef....

Not only is the pub well presented with friendly and professional staff; The ribs are amazing! Melt in your mouth and beautifully balanced with the sauce and slaw.

Fantastic stonegrill. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

We went for lunch and the meal was nice and fresh at a price that matched. Friendly staff. Nice place

A regular lunch stop for myself and work colleagues. They do a lunch express menu. Food is very good and even when busy, most workday lunch times the food arrived promptly. Good outdoor and indoor areas. Car park is a bit tight and often very busy.

Sorry, there are no stars at woodville hotel. We were there before meal time close, bought a round then went to order a meal and were told we were too late...4 minutes late. 4 meals...no go.

Gordon Ramsay...... please come and save the Woodville hotel!
There was more oil in my schnitzel than is in my cars engine.
The worst bit is the waitress who bought the meal to my table could see that the meal was substandard but still served it up.
