It's great place. People are very friendly. They gave me a dock and started loading me within a second.
Otr Drivers..Check in at Shipping Office and provide pu#. Go to assigned dock number. Slide the tandems to the rear and chock tires. Dock worker will let you know you are loaded and get paperwork and install seal. Make sure you have a load straps or load bars. Took 3 hours to get unloaded.
I had to call this company multiple times to correct an issue we had with our vending machine. Tech support was extremely helpful however ordering the part for the repair was like pulling teeth. Many times when I called I would get a voicemail saying to leave a message, just to have the message ignored. I left three voice mail messages on three separate dates and received zero phone calls in return. The only reason I was able to get the part ordered was because I had to keep calling back until someone actually answered. Thank you very much tech support for your help, you get five stars, but the lack of returned phone calls from the other departments drops the company's overall rating down to two stars.
Not too bad,little bit less than 2hr to get loaded,they did gave me a dock an hour before my appointment. But don t bother to show up earlier than that 1-1 half hour,because you ll be waiting,it doesn t meter what you dispatch and broker are saying,it will not gone happen.
Me And My Husband Were Working At The Wakee Facility Being Hired By The Employee Agency On 2,019 Unfortunately There Were Always Had Not Enough Material To Keep Working Our Normal 8 Hours Daily. So Now, We Wish Come To Work Directly With The Company!
I feel like you guys should allow rehires. Especially if the rehire left on good terms and there was no reason for him not to be rehired. For example all his supervisors would say he was an excellent worker he was there he did his job and there was never any complaints yet he can't get rehired because you don't do rehires.
I worked in the clive side it's a long story but management is brain dead they have no idea how to run that place it's pretty sad there a bunch of animals
