Great company for property management. Just so frustrating to try to manage everything that needs to happen with a rental property. Whether it s fixing things, unoccupied tenants, whatever. Better to let a professional do it. Highly recommend.
worst reality company. Don't let them use a key box with push buttons to open. They let Craigs list idiots into my home WITH OUT ANY REALTOR. The Craigs list people filled the washer dish washer with water dumped water all over the floor of the basement bathroom floor. The Craigs list people left 2 back doors wide open in winter and locked the front door and slammed the front door until the door knob latched with dead bolt on the out side of the latch breaking, splitting the door the knob was ripped off all the lights were left on in the home. I went with the lock box the next day and tried to have a business meeting with them. Wilcox manager said they over the phone gave out the address and push button lock box combination sight unseen to non certified buyers because the realtor was baby sitting and didn't want to be bothered to actually walk out and supervise. Under Reality laws rules my realtor is to have another realtor during a showing. Lesson learned never let a realtor use a push button key lock box. Have it signed in the realtor agreement or dont list with them, they are a very bad realtor
I found Wilcox company on Yelp. My father had just passed away and I was left with a building to manage. I have many hopes and aspirations, being a landlord is not one of them. I contacted the office and arranged to me up with Joe at the building. Immediately I knew I was in good hands, Joe added value from the second I shook his hand. He made suggestions, evaluated the rental space and provided feedback for comparable rental properties. The Wilcox Company takes care of all of the details, and for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone with rental property they just don't have the time or experience to manage.
