Went here to play college finals and loved the club instantly. Very beautiful inside with great maintenance. Plenty of tennis courts in the 2 bubbles. (Upper and lower) Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Love the fireplace inside and all the other amenities provided.

I grew up going to this club. It keeps getting better. From the state of the art tennis courts, workout equipment, pools, and the new spa, there's something for everyone. I recommend taking a Kickboxing class.
Terrible if you're looking for ripples program. Original instructor left and people there have no idea what they're doing. Expect cancellations without notification or reason. Would rate in negative stars if possible.
My niece went there and it was great. Those good times have passed.
Indoor and outdoor pools, great gym, with some really nice tennis courts, spa and yoga and pilates studios that look top notch. My in-laws are longtime members.
So far my experience has been very good! The front desk is so helpful and most greet me by name when I come in! Debra Q is just amazing and exceptional at what she does.., I couldn't even begin to repay her for what she done in my life and the hope (and strength) she has given me! I'm very grateful to The Weymouth Club as well for making it possible for me to have a greater quality of life! I hope to be coming here for a very long time!
Worth every single penny !!! So I have wanted to join the club for a long time but my husband kept holding back because he felt we wouldn t use the membership as often as we should and he felt the expense was high considering other gym options in the area that were less expensive ( we have done memberships at other gyms). We started going to the gym because we put our kids in swim lessons here ( which by the way is outstanding we have all 3 in lessons - power aquatics and waves and our 5,3 and 1 year old ALL love it and swim great!) so I said to my husband we are already here multiple times a week we should join ! He finally agreed in January and we joined with a family membership with childcare . I can not stress enough how much we love the weymouth club - my 3 kids are obsessed with the Energy Center and all of the staff there ! You can work out without feeling guilty leaving your kids at home or rushed . The staff are outstanding and the center itself is clean , fun, and perfect for my kids. The actual gym is great - the trainers are awesome , equipment is plentiful and well maintained , I have loved all The group fitness classes I have done - spinning, Zumba , Pilates , yoga , etc I have enjoyed every single one ! Even my husband now says he s so happy we joined ! Lastly I just completed 90 day commit to fit program - THIS PROGRAM IS AMAZING !! My insurance covered the cost of the program and I learned so much from it , lost countless inches and a large amount of weight too! If you re contemplating joining the weymouth club - trust me - join!!! I m so so thankful we did !!!
I was very saddened to discover that the membership types have changed. There previously was an individual plus one child membership type which included the child care. Now you must purchase a much larger package to have childcare (energy center). The club as a whole is very pricey, however removing that option would cause someone like me to have to pay an additional $100/month to an already inflated price.
Poor service from front desk and sales person. Was made to wait 15 minutes and then someone told me it would be another 20 minutes before someone would "approve" my free trail pass. I'm sure the gym and faculty is nice, most are - but service staff made me feel about as welcomed as a homeless person begging for change.
This is a great place to enhance the fitness of both Body and Mind. It's clean and well-maintained.
We have taken a Family membership and have been visiting the club for over a month now and I would love to visit it everyday. I especially love the Yoga, Meditation and group exercise classes. The Instructors are very experienced and its been a great experience for me so far.
My husband visits the club every morning and works out regularly. They have got a neat play area for kids filled with age appropriate toys. They take care of the kids while you use their facility. Nice staff, warm and welcoming.
First day of a new membership. So far I love it. Except the parking, had to circle a couple times. Very friendly staff, clean bathrooms (and entire facility), and new equipment. I'll be back!
I pay $75 a month just try and play basketball and every time I try going everyday they take the court. They always say there going to change it but it s a flat lie. I recommend that if your want to go play basketball that you go to a different gym because you will never be able to play basketball here with no more then 30 minutes because they will just take the court and kick you out, Even though you already pay $75.
I love it. All the good things. I've been going there for years and I've been in many different health clubs since 1983. Ninety nine percent of all the people I've seen at this gym and the pool seem to have good etiquette. Almost never see people hogging equipment at the gym. I have never had any issues with my kids at the pool and I've been taking them there for 12 years. We also play in the indoor basket ball court and the Pickle Ball courts and they are kept up very well. They like the Energy Center which does a wonderful job of taking care of the children for up to 2 hours, although my oldest has outgrown it and uses the gym now as a junior pass holder. I have never had an issue there.
Great gym, great classes, wonderful pool - it's like being at a hotel. I've been a member since 2002. I've seen it grow and it never lost its quality and finess.
Amazing gorgeous health club has everything to offer for every family member! Group exercise staff are top notch! Go to their website and see for yourself what this club is all about. You will be amazed!
Very friendly staff clean place to work out the pool is great for my kids my family has been a member for 2 months we are vertical happy with the Weymouth club.
I've been dropping into a lot of cardio and round robin tennis classes at Weymouth Club. They are so easy for last minute workouts. Also the tennis clinics have been a real help in improving my strokes. I would highly recommend this club for anyone serious about improving tennis skills or looking to have fun trying tennis.
This place was a second home as a kid until I went off to college. Played tennis year round for hours a day. My coach s are great and like family s. The Goldman s are like a father and my kids call him uncle. Alberto is amazing. Now in mid 40 s. We still drive from Providence for a day at the pools. My kids always asks to go.
Joined this club a little less than a year ago, love the great people and the facility. The outdoor pool was great for the summer (my visiting niece loved the kiddie pool area), indoor pool was great, and the tennis classes are amazing! I love working with all the different tennis instructors: mark, jeff, alberto, anne, and mike. So happy i joined the weymouth club family.
This place is awesome! They have everything you could ever want in a gym. Aside from the standard gym equipment they have a huge class schedule. They also have a separate Hot Yoga studio, for an extra charge, but I did a drop in and it was a decent class. The charge was $12 which is probably about the same as a yoga studio I started doing the Gauntlet bootcamp with Meg (which is an extra charge) and I love it. I haven't tried the swim classes but was happy to see a number of auqafit classes. This place is close by and I'm psyched to have so many options close by.
Fox News or 24hr advertisements are on every TV screen. No recycling bins. I was laughed at when I asked for a recycling bin for a plastic bottle. I get the picture. No thanks.
In fact the bathrooms of the gym are not as clean as one would hope, I took pictures over the past week of the urine stains on the tiles of the handicapped bathroom. Same ones still there, a week later... Same with the leaking roof, in winter the melting snow comes in through ceiling tiles and they just put buckets all around the floors. In summer, the air conditioning either acts up, or they don't turn it down to a cool level with the elevated ceiling. It was sweltering there the past two days, very humid and it wasn't even that hot outside yet...
On exiting the gym this morning, there were gas flumes in the back hallway where the kids play space opens. As soon as I opened the fire doors the smell was distinct, one of the babysitting ladies was running for a phone, I would have gotten the kids out first. When I went outside, there were some guys with a blow torch right under that overhang (where the owner parks his car), right below the space. I told them there are gas fumes going up to where children are, they just could not have cared less. The attitude...
In comparison with other clubs, I know that other camps keep their young campers segregated from Club Member adults by distinct and separate bathrooms, especially for changing into suits and going the bathroom. This one, the little boys change in the men's room in front of naked adult men, as girls do in the women's room. They are not in separate pools or separate times, but mixed with adults who have not passed any Corri tests. Given the changing rooms, closed doors, and shear volume of people, it would be a concern of mine with young children.
Well run, clean, can do attitude, tennis, pickleball, complete line weight and exercise programs and equipment. Steam, sauna. Quality and helpful staff.
I, honestly, love this club. It s absolutely beautiful and I love that it is so family friendly. Having the energy center is so helpful. By the way, the employees in the energy center are amazing!! We love taking spin classes with Bill and Bridget! Our little one takes swim lessons and we absolutely love our swim instructor, especially since she is so helpful considering the class is at 7 am on Saturdays! I only have a few concerns:
1. Children that are going to/from the dance class upstairs run through the gym area and in my opinion, that is unsafe. 2. Those same children are also playing the fitness equipment upstairs while waiting to go into class, which again is unsafe. 3. Parking is tough! In my opinion, non-members should not be able to park in that small parking lot outside of the energy center entrance. That area should be for members (families with kids and older members). 4. Sometimes the gym gets very tight with the classes going on upstairs (they block that walkway area) and take up all of the machines.
I would still recommend this gym to everyone! I would just tell them to stay away during peak hours (when all the classes are going on). We are excited to enjoy the outdoor pool and splash pad soon :)
The folks at the Weymouth Club are undoubtedly committed to being a first class venue. Through our work with the staff, we have observed nothing but kindness and the drive for excellent amenities to provide their members. They certainly have a lot to offer visitors.
This is an excellent club. Facilities are amazing. You can find whatever you are looking for; Spa, Yoga, Pilates, Fitness Center, Tennis Courts, Swiming Pools!!!
This place has a good variety of activities for all ages. Very expensive. Was watching toddler swim class, baby puked in pool, class kept going. Another pooped, they scooped it out and kept going. I would never swim here. Germfest. So, the owner responded and basically called me a liar. I am not a member of this gym. There is nothing for me to gain nor loose by my review. I simply was observing a baby related to me having a swim class. To the owner, continue to deny this happened, and I'll contact the health department to have them resolve this.
i've tried everywhere on the south shore and this is by far the best fitness club around. clean, good customer base, very helpful staff and many resources. my family are all members.
Weymouth club is a huge place and many places inside are always open. Even though they have so much space, they choose to put all the camps into the basketball court. Me and my friends called a day before to ask if the courts were open the next day and they said yes but when we arrived the courts were taken up by little kids doing some camp. This is not the first time. It s also not cheap, I can go to ymca for a third of the price. Not what I expected for a place this expensive. My friends and I have complained so much and they do not care at all but someone complained about someone not having a shirt on in the basketball court and they instantly put up a sign that says to have shirts on at all time.
There is one man at this complex, who holds two positions. Friendly energy center legend by day, and heroic lifeguard by night. Very nice man, I dont know how he does it!!!!
I have always been very impressed with their staff's helpfulness. Their aquatic venues and fitness rooms are accommodating and clean. This is definitely a 5 star facility.
My purpose to join Weymouth club is to use the workout facilities, the gym and basketball court. Everytime when I try to use the basketball court, it is reserved for their special program (birthday party, school break camp or additional charge program $$). I am paying full membership, not half day or 1/3 day of membership. It is very ridiculous. I did call for complained more than 5 times in the past. WC never fix it and getting worst.
This place is very unorganized. They complain about little things but always lie about things that are open. Today I was told the day before that the courts were going to be opened all day and the next day the court is closed all day. I would not recommend getting a membership at the place. It s very bad.
Great gym. Some of the equipment have do not have weight, they are on air pressure and can be changed in a push of a button. If you are in the middle of the set and want to add or remove weight you will be able to do that quickly. They have multiple pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. The staff are very friendly and I look forward to continue with them.
My tennis partner and I did not get the email that the club would close early because of snow. When we showed up, we were greeted by the owner who was closing up. He was unbelievably nice and offered to let us play as long as we we turned off the lights when we left. Amazing customer service that you rarely find nowadays!!
I have PTSD because of all of the bloody fighting I was involved with in WW2, the Weymouth Club us a great place to work out my issues through excercise.
This facility is very nice and so are the employees but I only wish that they would fix the leaking issue in the basketball court as my ball is constantly going into barrels of water. Also I wished better care was taken to the basketball court as it is usually covered with dust and dirt from the energy center. Also in the summer the energy center takes up the court sometimes up to 2 HOURS. I m paying for the use of the facility, not having to wait 2 hours to use the court. There should be a seperate area where the kids can go and allow memebers to use the basketball court. Same goes with summer camps, constantly taking over the court. I have been a member for a long time and wish these changes can be made.
Their terrible management is absolutely useless, especially in dealing with financial issues. They can keep taking your money for months, then will tell you that you did not pay, and if you ask them to take a look into your account, they will not be able to do that electronically (just to remind you, this is 2017th year of the Common Era now) and will actually ask you to bring the printouts of YOUR BANK STATEMENTS!
I take bootcamp with Chelsea at the Weymouth Club! I've lost weight by exercising and eating the right way! I'm now more motivated to work out and love participating in group classes here at the club! I'm stronger, healthier and happier!
I was in there to check it out went around and actually liked it. It was clean and welcoming little too crampy but still it is a nice place. Maybe get the membership one day
