Worst hotel and wost experience ever! This hotel is a money making machine. You have to pay a surcharge of $30pp for breakfast and to lie down on sunbeds= more money. They literally kick you off if you don't pay. Food is extravagantly expensive and really bad quality. Go somewhere else and don't waste your money! Location is secluded. Nothing nearby. Miserable staff that hide and are clearly overworked with bare minimum compensation. Dinner is expensive and no other choice but to pay the money since you're so secluded. This hotel is going downward

I've been the first time to Bali and the Welcome at this hotel is extraordinary. The rooms are clean and tidy and I didn't see anything that should have been replaced. Breakfast and the Service in the breakfast room are 5Star. It is a closed resort with a own beach and nothing to complain about. Everybody who works there makes your stay amazing.

Ask for the new wing, as it was built when the international summit took place (around 2011) and it is well maintained.

Friendly staff will help your stay even better. You can stroll around the premises with direct access to the "private" beach.

There is a small swimming pool in the new wing too. The Italian restaurant is worth to visit.

Even though it is an old hotel, visually the building is neatly arranged including the MEP plant room area which looks well maintained.
Until now, I've been here 3 times,
- 2x come to graduation
- 1x for project survey

went to a "master chef dinner" which the food was not good at all, although this is not the fault of management but i would have thought a little more thought would have gone into the execution of the dinner. The hotel itself is like walking through an empty football field. design aspects feature big beautiful wood and welcoming staff.

Buffet breakfast is excellent, wide variety and plenty. Great kids dining area. Wonderful staff, all well trained. Fitness centre is well maintained and proportioned. Rooms are dated and maintenance is a step behind the rest of the hotel. Great secure location for kids, clean beach.

Last month was my second stay in Westin Nusa Dua and I would say it was an amazing and pleasant stay.
The room was comfortable, even tho I am still confused with the numbering system. The area around pool was suitable for liasure activities. I was enjoying sunset and sunrise in the beach.

Excellent hotel, served with two pools and private beach. With several excellent restaurants where you can dine for approximately 20 / person. It is 5 min walk to the Bali center shopping center with more affordable options for dinner (approximately 10 / person) or shopping.

Always a pleasure to stay at The Westin in Nusa Dua. The staff here are so lovely, nothing is ever too much trouble. Food excellent although pricey if you're used to eating outside of the hotel. The pool is magnificent as it's so deep you can't touch the bottom. Far removed from the hustle and bustle of Kuta, so perfect for those wanting some relaxation.

Our stay at the Westin was my second trip to Bali ...

Our stay at the Westin was my second trip to Bali (stayed in the Canggu area the first time) and my daughter s first trip overseas. Overall I am really disappointed with Westin Nusa Dua.

The first issue was I found it to be terribly overpriced for Bali - even for a resort! Prices for almost everything were more than you would usually pay at home and 150% on local prices. Casual beach front dining at Ikan was $90+ for one adult and one child + the food was terrible and the ambience was non-existent. Hotel cars were waaaay over priced - we were offered a price of 250 rupiah to Waterbom Theme Park Kuta vs the 90 we paid in a taxi. Sunscreen at the hotel store was $23aud for 100mls vs $10 in the pharmacy...

Secondly- I had an issue with room where the staff lacked clear and concise communication around the holding deposit for the room charges, they were unwilling to admit fault and couldn t offer a solution to the issue. Very frustrating.

Thirdly- the lack of affiliations with reputable 3rd parties for activities was disappointing. When I asked about snorkeling for myself and my daughter a staff member told she would Google it for me... hmm pretty sure I can do that myself They did offer a contact at a local surf school - when I checked prices I found them to be more expensive than lessons at home. How?!

Prob also worth mentioning that my daughter was bitten by mosquitoes- 8 bites in total- in the lobby. She s allergic so we needed to make a trip to the chemist for antihistamines.

I was also annoyed that I was unable to book an in-room massage from a 3rd party- suppose this is standard for a large resort though due to security etc

I can say the pools were lovely- my daughter really enjoyed the slide and she met other kids her age which was nice. The stretch of beach was also good.

Unfortunately, though, the snorkeling gear we purchased from the in hotel store (for $50!) broke immediately and we needed to return it.

Another of the restaurants was closed whilst we were here. I found it lacked a good/chilled bar to have a post swim/pre-dinner drink. The living room feels disconnected from the main areas of the hotel and, again, lacks ambiance. Would have been great to have more games to play with my daughter and possibly closer to the pool tables? Breakfast, however, was great. A huge selection of foods from every culture - big tick for this.

Overall it has really lacked the level of service and flexibility I d expect from a large resort and accomodating nature of Bali tourism I d come to expect after my first trip, particularly at the inflated price point.

I very much doubt we will book again given the large variety of options available in Bali.

Lovely property set amongst nature. Has its private beachfront. Service is unparalleled. Breakfast spread is neverending and tasty. Rooms are nice and clean with every little need looked into. One star less as the property is old and needs some renovation, mostly around the furniture.

Absolutely love this hotel. Friendly and wonderful younger staffs. Older staffs are bitter, looks like they had better days and have learned few tricks up their sleeves to milk tips from guests.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for four nights. The resort is amazing with plenty of choices. However driving out to the island is time consuming & can be boring. Sometimes the total drive accumulated to five hours! We planned all of our dinners at the resort restaurant with the local cuisine, just fantastic. The kids had a great time with plenty of space to move around without any worries. After a few busy days out in the island relaxing in the resort was our preferred choice. The waiting lounge for outgoing guests was the ultimate in customer care, I was impressed!

Had a business meeting there, everything was perfect at the Westin. Friendly staff and quick checkin, even with arrival time at 01.15 local time. Room was comfort and spacious, and the bathroom, very spacious with shower and pool views bathtub.

It's a great place to go to with your kids. Wouldn't recommend it for couples only. We had an ocean view suite which was really nice, however, a bit outdated. Got New York Times daily delivered every morning as well as little surprises here and there. You need to book dream beds at least a day in advance or the morning of if you are lucky. They offer different entertainment at night - each day is different (I.e. All you can eat sushi, dinner and traditional dancing on the beach, cooking for kids, fishing for kids). Staff there is very helpful and attentive. Will go back there once we have kids :) definitely a paradise for them!

Huge beautiful beach front property. The staff is attentive and kind. The rooms are nice enough and are cleaned well everyday. The landscape is so beautiful and well cared for. The common elements are meticulously cared for. The pools and beach front accommodations area are fantastic. Also five restaurant to choose from all with very good food, there is really no need to ever leave the property if all your here to do is relax. Nusa dusa area is tranquil and beautiful. Highly recommend.
