Absolutely amazing the resorts staff and service was outstanding. The manager Suresh had looked after us throughout our stay and even upgraded our room upon arrival. The restaurants staff had always catered to our taste and I loved the food. The resort owner was very friendly making sure all the guests are having a good stay by talking to them personally. I would most definitely want to go back here.
The Westin Langkawi Rrsort & Spa is the epitome of perfect service, world class food, stunning views and luxury villas. We will definitely be coming back for more.
Great hotel, just next to St Regis. Abide to take caddy service to transport between Westin & St Regis at no additional charges, can use facilities if both hotels. Very friendly pool side bartenders.
Food is great, some sandflies by the pool side benches. Fantastic view for tanning & chilling out. Great breakfast spread, can be faster with cleaning up the tables at breakfast.
What an amazing hotel with probably the finest hospitality. The staff were superb and everything was catered for they simply could not do enough during our stay here. The breakfast was probably the best I have ever had in a hotel with the amount of choice which was beyond belief and I will never forget it. All the facilities were 5* and I loved the gym as it had all the equipment I needed.
The view from the balcony was breathtaking also the watermelon juice was brilliant and refreshing....I can t wait to return.
I stayed there recently on an assignment from a client. It is like a home away from home. The grounds are huge. The receptionist Miss Mahani is very helpful knowledgeable, kind and generous. She is an excellent communicator.
I was pleasantly upgraded to a seaside villa which had a private pool next to the beach. The facilities were excellent. It is luxury at its finest. The bed was very comfortable.

We loved nearly everything about this hotel, from check-in to check-out and everything in between. Excellent transport from and to the airport. A private lounge at the airport for departing guests. Friendly staff. Good dine-in options. We tried several restaurants and can recommend them all. Good protocols have been put in place during this Covid pandemic, to ensure safe dining. We lived in a beach villa with private pool and this is highly recommended. The beach is the reason we could not give 5 stars, so having our own pool was unbeatable. We stayed for 4 days and of that, the beach was horribly littered for 3 days. We realize the oceans are full of litter that washes up on the beach at high tide and that the hotel can t answer for that, but they are not doing nearly enough to clean up and avoid everything washing back into the water. Overall a lovely experience.
Loved its beautiful location. Staff was nice polite but not vigilant. The facility needs a lot of restoration. The front desk staff also needs to be more responsive. Buffet breakfast had a great variety of both local and continental food. A 5 star resort doesn't mean that it only is expensive but it should give that 5 star experience to the customers; Westin Langkawi has a lot of room for improvement in this area.
Truly a Five Star experience. The rooms are amazing with all the modern amenities. The Sea View, the Heated Pool, the massiveness and beauty of the property are all worth thr money you spend. You may not even want to leave the property if you are here for a couple of days.
The breakfast is world class with local and international selections.
The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. You can really feel the warmth when they serve you.
Room service and Spa are pretty expensive.
The drive to the City center is about 45 mins.
