Loved its beautiful location. Staff was nice polite but not vigilant. The facility needs a lot of restoration. The front desk staff also needs to be more responsive. Buffet breakfast had a great variety of both local and continental food. A 5 star resort doesn't mean that it only is expensive but it should give that 5 star experience to the customers; Westin Langkawi has a lot of room for improvement in this area.
