This is THE nicest Hotel I have ever stayed at. Its most definitely above average. Great Service. Great friendly knowledgeable front desk. Great views of the waterway. Rooms were spacious. Loved the shower. The bed was extremely comfortable! Love this hotel. Looking forward to staying at another Westin.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PARKING TICKET if you park in a nearby garage, the garage charges $17 & you can pay when you leave, Westin wants your ticket so they can charge $20. Other than that, the hotel is amazing.......

This was a great place with very comfortable beds and a lovely sit in and walk in shower. The service was amazing and the bellhops were very nice . The only complaint that I have is that the bar Louie next door was very noisy and it did not stop until 4:00 in the morning. The hotel was very nice about it and the manager gave us a half refund on the room. This is an amazing hotel with great quality. If you need a hotel around this area,

One of the nicest upscale Westin Hotels I have stayed in ( Westins are my world wide choice). Very surprised to find this excellent Hotel while in Houston to attend a concert at the Woodlands Pavillion. 5-10 min walk from Hotel to the pavilion along the River Walk. Nearby restaurants on the river and near Mall as well as outdoor shopping on Market Street. Nearby kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding on Woodland lake(all within walking distance). Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. Rooms very modern and upscale and very clean. Great experience!

Messed up my reservations, made no effort to rectify situation. We were part of a huge organization of about 200 people, and overall, everyone was disimpressed. I got my money back and left.

The Westin has so much to offer in luxury and room amenities. This location is especially awesome, as it is in walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, venues, theaters, the mall, etc! We really enjoyed our stay.

Very clean place, comfy bed, and extremely accommodating. Needed another bed, they rolled one up and the guest who slept on it really enjoyed their sleep. The rooms have Starbucks coffee, but if you want a specialty coffee you can pick one up from the Starbucks downstairs located in the lobby. Breakfast was not free, but you do get a lot for the price.
It is a very well designed modern avant-garde construction.
Very good experience staying here & the front staff was amazingly friendly & helpful.....the housekeeping didn't knock the next morning, they just walked in our room as we where getting dressed that was the only issue we had.
Reserved romance package for engagement which included roses, bottle of champagne, and money for bar and restaurant. Called beforehand to ask if items could be set up in room before we get there. Get there and none of it is done and we have to ask for them to bring it up so we leave for the mall to give them time to set up. Get back and it s a very small heart of fake rose petals with what looks like a smile in the middle, champagne was ok(but I couldn t tell if it was good or not because I ve never had champagne before) and the Italian restaurant....we didn t even eat a quarter of our food. Spent almost all the money on the restaurant and got and extra large tasteless pork chop and chicken Parmesan with penne pasta that had close to no sauce that was also tasteless. We paid more than 300 dollars for a night of dissatisfaction, hunger and bad service. It s a no for going back and don t recommend
Currents Restaurant in the hotel. Beautiful location well maintained exterior right on the Waterway. The restaurant is clean and spacious the tables are clean and well laid out. Very nice piped-in music. It was Thanksgiving day and I appreciate them being open. It was easy to order off of the Thanksgiving Day menu. The waitress was prompt and attentive and brought water to the table first thing. Hot Rolls and cornbread came out first. The plates were quick to follow it was an absolutely delicious meal I enjoyed it very much. The serving portions were very large. This dining experience exceeded my expectations. It was my first time here and I will be back again. I highly recommend this to anyone.

We got a superior room with a river view and a terrace and it is the worst room we have stayed in in The Woodlands. Incredibly loud - it is midnight and there is a zero percent chance we are sleeping.
If you are going to pay a premium price in The Woodlands, stay at the Marriott. The people who designed the Westin did so for 21 year old college kids not interested in sleeping.
Second time at this hotel and it's the only hotel I'll stay in at the woodlands from here on out. I can't say how they are about fixing issues in the room because we haven't experienced any issues with the room. Zero issues. This time we requested to be on the side opposite of the nightlife and they accommodated. Normal checkout is at noon which is great. Everything you want to do in the woodlands is right next door, within walking distance.

It s the little things... I couldn t sleep and thought maybe a soda may settle my stomach and get me back to bed. I walked down stairs looking and asked if I could purchase a soda somewhere. The clerk told me that I could only do it through in room dining and they d bring it to my room (though there was a clear refrigerator with sodas right there in the lobby). I told her I d rather get it myself or wait. She had someone bring me a can of Sprite and a check for $7.24! Seriously? Over $7 for a soda? I payed over $800 to stay here for 3 nights and I can t get a reasonably priced soda?
I didn t pay for that and I will not give this hotel another cent of mine or my company s money.
Also, I should mention the hotel restaurant is under construction and their solution is a breakfast buffet fit for a Super 8 for which they charge $20. I made that mistake 1 morning...

We stayed on the 11th floor. Everything in the hotel is clean and beautiful, the staff are all friendly and happy to help. The hotel is within walking distance of many great bars and restaurants as well as the mall and the pavilion.
Super elegant hotel with a spectaurlar bar. I went for a meeting and I found myself at the bar. The service there is very good.
I did not stay at the Westin, but I dined at Sorriso Italian Kitchen located in the hotel. The drinks were good and reasonably priced. I thought the entrees were good, but, for the miney, I had expected more than just the entree item - maybe a vegetable as well. The service was good and attentive.
Comfortable and Clean Rooms. There are also some beautiful views! This hotel is great to stay in or host an event.
The bartender took a while but the location was top notch!

My rating is based on a one night stay with my spouse. We stayed there because it was pet friendly and we wanted to bring our small dog. The staff there was great, from the moment you pulled up to the door, to the front desk, to the bell service and the staff that brought food to the room. Very nice property and accommodations. Unfortunately, both restaurants were closed from 5 PM onward to prepare for NYE festivities. Food and drink were only available via room service. The room service menu was good (I did order from their breakfast selections), but I was disappointed that they didn't have hot chocolate as I do not drink coffee or tea. Otherwise it was a fine hotel and a very pleasant experience.
Hotel is at a great location with good food places nearby but there hotel services are awful. The complimentary breakfast is almost empty by 8 and they don't replenish it unless asked, sometimes not even after asking. They say it'll take 20-30 min so you don't all then again and eat something else. I tried connecting my USB flash drive to the TV but that didn't work. The help desk called in engineer but he wasn't able to fix it. Once i ordered the silverware to my room. Inspite of requesting several times, I didn't receive it. And to top it all up the hotel does not provide free WI-FI even after paying 240+ dollars per night. Really disappointed. Worst experience ever.

The hotel is pretty big and new. The room was not properly prepared for new customer but the staff act immediately to fix this after reported. Sleeping aromatic oil provided in the room for customers. The hotel is nearby many restaurants as well as the jogging path. The staff here has great service minded.
Perfect stay.could not ask for anything more.everyone I have encountered was professional and friendly.especialy mr.Robert.he was supervisor on duty while we stayed.He offered him self in every kind a way and was nice to talk to.give us some sourounding info that was helpful.would recommend and prefer to stay here any time over any other property we have stayed in past.clean all around.food was amazingly good..cant wait to come back.hope 2 c u soon;)

Went to Current. Worst service I have ever had. No exaggeration. Server was none existent. Her focus was on a party next to us ordering lots of alcohol. We watched our food that took 40 minutes between courses sit in the window for 5plus minutes. Pasta came out cold. Sent back. By time it came back everyone else was finished with their dinner. Manager apologized, but didn't feel it was sincere. I will not return.
Friendly staff. I go here 4 times a year. Always comeback because of the staff.
This hotel is located right on the waterway in The Woodlands. It is easy to find and there is ample parking all around the hotel. There is a Starbucks located in the lobby. There are several restaurants located within walking distance. There is a theater nearby that is also within walking distance. The hotel is close to a mall and also a grocery store is a short car ride away.

We chose this hotel for a staycation and are so sad we wasted our one night away here. This was the view from our room. There were loud and obnoxious people in the hallways well after 230am and you can hear everything. The whole point of our stay was to relax and sleep in...if you arent a member you will have to pay $12 to use the wifi and we were charged a $20 parking fee. The only thing that I liked about our stay was the room.
