These are the most irresponsible apartments I've lived in. And I've lived in some cheap ones. They have also bribed all the residents with $100 gift card raffle to post good review's which explains how they went from 1.8 stars

This management clearly hired unlicensed /unprofessional contractors as we have experienced numerous problems with our property. Water seeping in through balcony, cracks in our structure, dishwasher leak(took them a month to come and look at)
We have made several maintenance request and they usually take 1 week- a month for a response.

We recently put in a request because our sink fell through our counter because it wasn't properly installed and when the maintenance came to look at it, they said they couldn't do anything about it.

I try'd to get a hold of the Property management and like many times before they do not answer. I have even left voicemails that have never been returned.

Very nice and quiet comfortable place to live.

Ive had nothing but positive experience since I began looking for an apartment, through my current lease, and signing a new lease for another year. Be a responsible tenant and they return the respect be being responsible property managers. Thanks again Waller crew and Chris, our on site property manager.

Waller took over my complex after a horrible experience with the previous. The transition was smooth and they are always professional and timely with my work orders. My only issue would be I have a hard time actually getting ahold of an actual person...none of the numbers or emails I reply to seem to go anywhere? Nonetheless, great management company.

If all they do is collect rent, they do their job wonderfully. If you need anything repaired, expect to wait months or indefinitely. If you call to inquire, expect to be treated rudely. Most of the 5 star reviews are because of the possibility of winning a raffle if you give a positive review. Not because they do their job well.

I ve been at these apartments now for 3 years never had a problem like I do now.. I don t know what I could be possibly charged for in the current month when I can t even send one night in the unit since the water leak the whole point of maintenance is to fix the issue not make it worse the whole apt smells of mole they came and broke the wall out found the leaking pipe and just left it like that all my things are destroyed and I wasn t even contacted on the issue first hand

I have lived in Dallas and rented in several cities in Texas, and the Waller Group has been the best management group I have dealt with (even beyond the high-rise company I rented from in Downtown Dallas). I have had different experiences with groups in East Dallas, my previous being that of near "slum lord" management where maintenance and basic upkeep was totally neglected. I moved from that place and loving the neighborhood, was so glad to find a 1 bedroom apartment with this group. They are very professional, easy to contact and have responded to all maintenance requests almost right away. I recommend them to anyone looking to rent. The property managers are very friendly. I especially appreciate the care and attention to detail in the renovation of my complex. So many developers do the bare min. because they can get away with it, but the clean ceiling, lighting fixtures, marble counter and upgraded appliances really make this smaller place very comfortable and cute.

My family just moved here and I m grateful for them. I was able to rent a 2/1 in a nice enough community. Now can the maintenance staff be a little more responsive of course. But all in all it s been a fine place. We rented this place because I only need a place for us to lay our heads for the time we are spending in GA. Neighbors are respectful, property manager is great with communication.

I genuinely have had such a great experience with Waller Group. The application process went smoothly & they allowed me to split my deposit into payments which helped so much ! I love the app it makes it so easy to get rent paid & their office is close to my apartment if I need to speak to someone face to face . They respond quickly when I text with questions . I love the apartment itself it s location is perfect it s cozy & there is a resident who is 24 on call for maintenance. I m extremely satisfied & forsee myself being here for years to come !

As I was moving during the pandemic and a separation so far this has been a great hassle free experience overall. From viewing online, to visiting, and move in. Staff has been friendly and maintenance fast. Bonus the ability to schedule w your schedule. Quiet neighborhood and quiet area. Would recommend.
