The Village Bistro Review

Customer service (non refill drinks excluded) was awesome with a few errors as mentioned below. If it were not for the price we would go back and eat there. So come and check them out.
Few minor issues one is price this place is expensive even with a coupon.
It was not until the end that we were asked about a refill on drinks
food was okay but for that price more food and presentation could be improved.

Very good, just sad that some breakfast items aren't served all day.

This place is fantastic! The staff are friendly, accommodating and efficient. The food presentation is perfect and tastes great. It can be busy on weekend mornings but that should just prove my review, right?

Great food! Very welcoming environment. You would be hard pressed to find better service anywhere.

Have a great time. They were very service oriented even when we showed up 5 minutes before closing. Great atmosphere service team.

Not impressed. Came in for lunch with family for my birthday and the service was horrendous. I'm pretty lenient having worked in restaurants my entire life, but this was absolutely pitiful.

We were ignored, the server had attitude, forgot key items to our meal, never checked on us, and then got ignored by what appeared to the owner as we tried to pay (she was too busy having a conversation with an employee, so we just left the payment on the counter).

This was such a letdown on every single level of food service.

I really like this place. Good place to take the wife and kids as there is variety to the menu. Seriously the best club sandwich I've had in the Tri-Cities. The Marble Rye might be the best I've ever had in my life. Like most places, some things are better than others, but I really look forward to going there. Had a bite of my daughter's burger and thought the beef was really delicious. I usually don't get coffee with lunch, but find myself ordering it here because it is excellent. The service for us has always been friendly and the environment overall is very comfortable and clean.

Great food every time we eat here. Great soups and sandwiches for this nice cool weather. Don't mind the construction just come on in and enjoy the great food and service.

Very charming atmosphere. Staff is so great. Very kind and welcoming. The food is great. Taste very authentic and fresh. If you get the chance try the bistro Cristo. One of my favorites on the menu.

Good not great. Ordered the meatball sub which was slightly better than a subway meatball marinara, but I personally like a subway meatball sub, so take that as you will. Bread was a bit soggy, and you couldn t pick up the sandwich which kind of defeats the purpose of a sandwich imo. The copious amount of mozzarella cheese more than makes up for it though. The service was also very good.

It s my first time going to Village Bistro. I had a great experience. Our waitress was very happy and helpful. I ordered a Reuben sandwich and it was delicious as well as was the side salad. Will bring my husband next time.

Everything was delicious. A majority of things tasted as if they were made from scratch. Very friendly staff. Would recommend for those that are looking for great food with wonderful flavors.

I loved my eggs Benedict but I didn't have more than a couple bites of my hash browns. My latte was amazing as well and my server was very kind. I'd definitely revisit when I return to town to visit again.

We certainly enjoyed ourselves. Great local restaurant.

Came here for breakfast. Staff worked with us and our group of 12 and set us up for an amazing breakfast. Biscuits and gravy were great.

To be honest, I just got out of the hospital, and I wasn't in my best places, but it's a very nice place, everyone is friendly, food was Goood, 4 stars

Have come here for breakfast and always leave satisfied! Their breakfast tacos are INCREDIBLE! Their waffles are super yummy and their breakfast platters are good portion for a reasonable price. Great place to come for breakfast!

Always something on the menu that will be a delight for anyone. The staff and service is excellent. Come warly for lunch because there is always a crowd

I LOVE the Village Bistro! My favorite thing on the menu is the Alpine Dipper. I also really like the eggs Benedict and the veggie scramble. Their meatballs are also excellent. I recommend the Bistro to everyone!

Perhaps the best food in town. You can get a burger for 6 bucks during happy hour and you really just can't beat that deal. It's absolutely amazing. You can very clearly tell that they care about the food they are serving.

This place is awesome. They don't short cut. Real coloring books for my boys, Crayolla crayons. Nice coffee mugs. Nice environment. 100% recommend

I can walk there, it's inviting--busy but attentive & even patient when lingering too long catching up with a pal. The food is fresh & a wonderful break from fast food format. Very reasonable prices. Lots of comfy seating w/o uncomfortable prices.

Nice place, definitely a change of pace for the Tri-Cities. Food was surprisingly amazing, I got the Bistro Burger and the wife got the Chicken Parmesan. Both were delicious!! Service was good, very friendly staff, and the prices were reasonable. Would recommend to anyone.

This was our first time in and we will definitely be coming back. The food was great but what made it even better was the service. Our waitress was absolutely amazing.

Got stuck in town cause my car broke down. I decided to get dinner here on a whim and the people were very friendly, the food was great too. I went back for breakfast the next morning and the owner/manager was super nice and sat with me for a chat. Very friendly and welcoming

Service was ok, I had water to start and then decided I wanted to get a red beer but no one came back to ask if I wanted something else. I specifically asked for chewy bacon was told not an issue and ended up with dry crunchy bacon. I wont try it again but my wife does like it.

Ordered to go yesterday and the steak salad and bistro potatoes are my favorites! Thank you! Highly recommend.

The service is great!! Amazing food. Jessica, Colleen and Haley are by far the best servers I've ever had. Colin is my favorite person at the bistro. He definitely knows how to make you laugh and brighten your day. I definitely recommend this restaurant!

I only wish it was open later! Their gouda sandwiches are amazing, and its so nice to have a latte with your meal :-D We'll def be back!

The food is good, what we had... so I gotta believe it's all good...bc... the service was personal. We weren't just 2 ppl who happened in. We were neighbors, over for lunch. We were welcomed & accepted. And pleasantly, the food was good. We enjoyed the food, the venue and the neighbors

Our apartment management generously provided dinner for all residents a few weeks ago, and it was provided by Village. Great food. Please continue to support them during this COVID ordeal.

hewahineui72 - Nice place! My husband and I came in to try it out - very friendly. We enjoyed our food and loved that it was all completely fresh. The music was a great selection of jazz and set a relaxing mood, but maybe a little loud for me (my husband doesn't agree). The lights were a bit bright for our "romantic date" but otherwise great ambiance.

Their crab dip is really scrumptious. Every meal I've had has been great. The atmosphere is laid back and the staff is super friendly. Prices are really good for the quality of the food.

Solid food. Simple. Well prepared. Great service. Nice portions. Also nice place for coffee. I like coming here and knowing I will have a good meal at a reasonable price.
